निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा जारी निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम घोषणा की दी जानकारी
रायगढ़, 16 मार्च 2024/ कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने आज कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में प्रेस-वार्ता के माध्यम से लोकसभा निर्वाचन-2024 के कार्यक्रम की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम की घोषणा के साथ ही संपूर्ण जिले/संसदीय क्षेत्र में आदर्श आचार संहिता प्रभावशील हो गई है। निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम की घोषणा के अनुसार संसदीय क्षेत्र क्रमांक-02 रायगढ़ लोकसभा निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम निर्धारित की गई है। इस अवसर पर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री दिव्यांग पटेल, सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव, अपर कलेक्टर एवं उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राजीव कुमार पाण्डेय उपस्थित रहे। 
             कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि अधिसूचना का प्रकाशन 12 अप्रैल 2024 को निर्धारित की गई है। इसी तरह नामांकन दाखिल करने की अंतिम तिथि 19 अप्रैल, नामांकन पत्रों की संवीक्षा 20 अप्रैल, नाम वापसी की अंतिम तिथि 22 अप्रैल है। 7 मई को मतदान तिथि एवं 4 जून 2024 को मतगणना की तिथि निर्धारित है। 
8 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के लिए बनाए गए 2367 मतदान केन्द्र
लोकसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक-02 रायगढ़ (अजजा)में कुल 8 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में (विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 12 से 19 तक)के 2367 मतदान केन्द्र बनाए गए है। जिसमें विधानसभा क्षेत्र जशपुर अंतर्गत विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 12-जशपुर में 325, विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक-13 कुनकुरी में 278 तथा विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक-14 पत्थलगांव में 275 मतदान केन्द्र बनाए गए है। इसी तरह विधानसभा क्षेत्र रायगढ़ अंतर्गत विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 15-लैलूंगा में 282, विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 16-रायगढ़ में 192, विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 18-खरसिया में 289 तथा विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 19-धरमजयगढ़ में 281 मतदान केन्द्र है। विधानसभा क्षेत्र सारंगढ़-बिलाईगढ़ में विधानसभा क्षेत्र 17-सारंगढ़ में 345 मतदान केन्द्र है। 
लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र क्रमांक 02 में 18 लाख 29 हजार 67 पंजीकृत मतदाता 
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 8 फरवरी 2024 को निर्वाचक नामावली के अंतिम प्रकाशन की स्थिति में लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र क्रमांक-02 रायगढ़ में कुल 18 लाख 29 हजार 67 पंजीकृत मतदाता है। इसमें 9 लाख 4 हजार 355 पुरूष मतदाता, 9 लाख 24 हजार 663 महिला मतदाता तथा 49 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है। 
           विधानसभा क्षेत्र जशपुर अंतर्गत 6 लाख 69 हजार 139 मतदाता है, जिनमें 3 लाख 29 हजार 253 पुरूष मतदाता, 3 लाख 39 हजार 868 महिला मतदाता तथा 18 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है। जिनमें विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 12-जशपुर में 01 लाख 17 हजार 983 पुरूष मतदाता, 01 लाख 19 हजार 692 महिला मतदाता तथा 13 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है। इसी तरह विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 13-कुनकुरी में 01 लाख 529 पुरूष मतदाता, 01 लाख 4 हजार 737 महिला मतदाता एवं 4 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है। विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 14-पत्थलगांव में 01 लाख 10 हजार 741 पुरूष मतदाता, 01 लाख 15 हजार 439 महिला मतदाता एवं 01 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है।  
           विधानसभा क्षेत्र रायगढ़ अंतर्गत 8 लाख 93 हजार 998 मतदाता है, जिनमें 4 लाख 43 हजार 611 पुरूष मतदाता, 4 लाख 50 हजार 360 महिला मतदाता एवं 27 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है। जिनमें विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक-15 लैलूंगा में 01 लाख 2 हजार 102 पुरूष मतदाता तथा 01 लाख 3 हजार 364 महिला मतदाता है। विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक-16 रायगढ़ में 01 लाख 30 हजार 28 पुरूष मतदाता, 01 लाख 30 हजार 103 महिला मतदाता तथा 20 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है। विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक-18 खरसिया में 01 लाख 7 हजार 592 पुरूष मतदाता, 01 लाख 8 हजार 153 महिला मतदाता तथा 4 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है। विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक-19 धरमजयगढ़ में 01 लाख 3 हजार 889 पुरूष मतदाता, 01 लाख 8 हजार 740 महिला मतदाता एवं 3 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है। 
            विधानसभा क्षेत्र सारंगढ़-बिलाईगढ़ अंतर्गत विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक-17-सारंगढ़ में 2 लाख 65 हजार 930 मतदाता है, जिनमें 01 लाख 31 हजार 491 पुरूष मतदाता, 01 लाख 34 हजार 435 महिला मतदाता एवं 4 तृतीय लिंग शामिल है।
