रायगढ़, 20 अगस्त 2024/ कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने आज समय सीमा की बैठक लेकर विभागीय काम काज की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि नवीन शैक्षणिक सत्र शुरू हो चुका है स्कूलों में नवप्रवेशी बच्चे जिनके आय, जाति और निवास प्रमाण पत्र नहीं है अभियान चलाकर उसे बनवाएं। शिक्षा विभाग और राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारी इसमें आपसी समन्वय से काम करें।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने जिले के स्थाई विस्फोटक लाइसेंसधारियों की बैठक लेकर विस्फोटकों के भंडारण और परिवहन के संबंध में जानकारी लेने के निर्देश एडीएम सुश्री संतन देवी जांगड़े को दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि विस्फोटकों का परिवहन अत्यंत सावधानीपूर्वक किया जाना होता है। इसके परिवहन की सूचना कलेक्ट्रेट के साथ ही उस क्षेत्र के एसडीएम कार्यालय और पुलिस थाना में भी दी जानी चाहिए। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने सीएम जनदर्शन और जन समस्या निवारण शिविरों से प्राप्त होने वाले आवेदनों का गुणवत्ता पूर्ण निराकरण करने के निर्देश दिए। 
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल द्वारा चयनित सहकारी समिति में मेडिकल स्थापित किए जाने के काम की प्रगति के बारे में विभागीय अधिकारियों से जानकारी लेने पर बताया गया कि अनुमति की प्रकिया पूर्ण हो चुकी है। इसके पश्चात सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेशन और ऑर्डर प्लेसमेंट का काम बाकी रह गया है। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने अगले टीएल से पहले दवा दुकान प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। 
      कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने समाज कल्याण विभाग के पेंशनधारियों के डीबीटी और आधार सीडिंग अपडेशन के बारे में जनपद पंचायत और नगरीय निकाय वार जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि अभी प्राप्त होने वाले सभी आवेदन डीबीटी और आधार सीडिंग के साथ भरे जाएं। साथ ही पूर्व के आवेदनों को भी शत- प्रतिशत डीबीटी के लिए अपडेट किया जाए। महिला बाल विकास विभाग की समीक्षा करते हुए कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने पूरक पोषण आहार के तहत टेक होम राशन और गर्म तैयार खाने के वितरण के बारे में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने लैलूंगा और मुकडेगा में विशेष रूप से ध्यान देते हुए पूरे जिले में आंगनबाड़ी से दोनों योजनाओं में प्रगति लाने के निर्देश दिए। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान उन्होंने जिला अस्पताल में निर्मित टीबी वार्ड के भवन में सारा काम पूरा करते हुए हैंडओवर की प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए।
       खाद्य विभाग की समीक्षा करते हुए कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने राशन कार्ड धारियों के ई-केवाईसी की प्रगति के बारे में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि ई केवाईसी अपडेशन में तेजी लाने की आवश्यकता है, खासकर नगरीय निकायों में इस ओर विशेष रूप से ध्यान दिया जाए। उन्होंने खाद्य विभाग के साथ सभी एसडीएम और सीएमओ से कहा कि जिनका अपडेशन छूट गया है उनसे डोर टू डोर सर्वे कर ई केवाईसी का काम पूरा करें। इसी के साथ उन्होंने पीडीएस बारदाना जमा किए जाने में भी तेजी लाए जाने की बात कही। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने शत-प्रतिशत पीडीएस दुकानों के ऑनलाइन संचालन के निर्देश दिए।
          इस अवसर पर सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव, एडीएम सुश्री संतन देवी जांगड़े, आयुक्त नगर निगम श्री सुनील कुमार चंद्रवंशी सहित जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। 
शत प्रतिशत विशेष पिछड़ी जनजाति को जोड़ें पीएम जनमन से
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि जिले में निवासरत विशेष पिछड़ी जनजाति बिरहोर की शत-प्रतिशत जनसंख्या को पीएम जनमन योजना से जोड़ा जाए। उनके आधार कार्ड, राशन कार्ड और आयुष्मान कार्ड बनने के साथ सभी योजनाओं से मिलने वाली सहायता का लाभ मिलना चाहिए। विशेष पिछड़ी जनजाति वाली बसाहटों में अधोसंरचना विकास के कामों को तेजी से मंजूरी देने के साथ पूरा किया जाए।
ओवर हेड टंकियों के पूर्णता पर दें जोर
जल जीवन मिशन के कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने ईई पीएचई से कहा कि ओवर हेड टैंक और जल स्त्रोत के शेष कार्य को जल्द पूरा कराएं। इसकी हर सप्ताह समीक्षा की जायेगी।
