रायगढ़, 21 दिसम्बर 2024/ कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री दिव्यांग पटेल ने आज कलेक्ट्रेट सभाकक्ष में लॉ एण्ड आर्डर के संबंध में जिले के सभी एसडीएम, एसडीओपी, तहसीलदार, थाना प्रभारी एवं अन्य विभागीय अधिकारियों की समीक्षा बैठक ली।
कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने कहा कि दवाई दुकानों से बिना डॉक्टर की पर्ची के नशीली दवाईयों के विक्रय पर सख्ती से कार्यवाही करें। उन्होंने सभी ड्रग इंस्पेक्टर से बीते माह के दौरान की गई जांच के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि ऐसी दवाएं जो नारकोटिक्स के अंदर आती है, इनका बिना पर्ची के बिकना, इनके स्टॉक में अंतर जैसे मामलों पर कड़ी से कड़ी कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने ड्रग इंस्पेक्टर से कहा कि ऐसे मामले आते है तो तत्काल पुलिस को सूचना देते हुए कार्यवाही करें। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने आबकारी विभाग को कहा कि अवैध शराब बिक्री के मामलों पर लगातार कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने आबकारी अधिकारी से कहा कि पूरे विभागीय अमले नियमित रूप से फिल्ड में कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करवायें। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि पकड़े गए नशीले पदार्थों को विधिवत नष्ट करें। उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं और स्कूल कॉलेज के छात्रों को नशे के विरुद्ध जागरूक करने के लिए उन्हें भी नशीले पदार्थों को नष्ट करने की प्रक्रिया को दिखाएं। इस दौरान उन्हें नशे के दुष्परिणाम और इससे संबंधित कानूनी प्रावधानों की जानकारी दें।
कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने सड़क किनारे कच्चा माल, औद्योगिक उत्पाद परिवहन करने वाली गाडिय़ों को लेकर निर्देश देेते हुए कहा कि ये गाडिय़ां सड़क किनारे पार्किंग नहीं होनी चाहिए। इससे यातायात व्यवस्था बिगड़ती है और दुर्घटनाओं की संभावना काफी बढ़ जाती है। उन्होंने खासकर रायगढ़ से पंूजीपथरा-घरघोड़ा मार्ग पर वाहनों की पार्किंग को लेकर एसडीएम तथा ट्रेफिक डीएसपी को विशेष नजर रखने के लिए कहा। जो भी अवैध रूप से वाहन सड़क किनारे पार्क कर रहा है उस पर अनिवार्य रूप से कार्यवाही करें। उन्होंने परिवहन नियमों के उल्लंघन की जांच हेतु गठित संयुक्त दल को भी नियमित रूप से जांच और कार्यवाही करने के लिए कहा। नेशनल हाईवे विभाग के अधिकारियों से कहा कि दुर्घटनाओं से बचाव के लिए सड़कों पर साईनेज रिफलेक्टर लगे होने चाहिए। उन्होंने शहर में यातायात व्यवस्था को दुरूस्त करने के लिए नगर निगम व ट्रेफिक पुलिस को मिलकर कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में एसडीएम खरसिया डॉ.प्रियंका वर्मा, एसडीएम घरघोड़ा श्री रमेश कुमार मोर, एसडीएम रायगढ़ श्री प्रवीण तिवारी, डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री धनराज मरकाम, डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री महेश शर्मा, एसडीएम लैलूंगा सुश्री अक्षा गुप्ता सहित, एसडीओपी, तहसीलदार, थाना प्रभारी सहित अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि सोशल मीडिया में किसी भी प्रकार के अफवाह और फेक न्यूज पर तुरंत संज्ञान लेकर वस्तु स्थिति स्पष्ट करें तथा एहतियाती कदम उठाएं। जिससे किसी प्रकार की लॉ एंड ऑर्डर की स्थिति न बने। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में शांति व्यवस्था एवं आपसी सौहाद्र्र के लिए एहतियात बरतना बेहद जरूरी है। उन्होंने सभी एसडीएम, एसडीओपी, तहसीलदार, थाना प्रभारियों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ काम करने के निर्देश दिए।
धान खरीदी के दौरान लॉ एंड ऑर्डर को लेकर रहें अलर्ट
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि अभी धान खरीदी चल रही है। इस दौरान पूरे जिले में राजस्व और पुलिस अधिकारी लॉ एंड ऑर्डर व्यवस्था को लेकर अलर्ट रहें। अवैध धान परिवहन के मामलों पर नियमित रूप से कार्यवाही जारी रहनी चाहिए। इसके साथ ही खरीदी केंद्रों में किसानों से सुचारू ढंग से धान खरीदी हो यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
