निरीक्षण के दौरान जर्जर भवन की स्थिति देखकर उन्होंने तत्काल उन कक्षाओं में बच्चों को न बैठाने के निर्देश दिए और भवन मरम्मत की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। डीईओ ने मिडिल स्कूल में दो शिक्षकों के एक साथ अवकाश पर रहने एवं एक शिक्षक के देर से आने पर नाराजगी जताते हुए नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही उन्होंने जो शिक्षक और शिक्षिकाएँ समर्पण के साथ उत्कृष्ट शिक्षण कार्य कर रहे थे, उनकी खुले दिल से प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने कहा कि “अच्छे शिक्षक ही मजबूत समाज की नींव होते हैं।” निरीक्षण के दौरान उनके साथ ग्राम पंचायत भिनोदा के सरपंच ब्रिज किशोर अजगल्ले भी मौजूद थे। डीईओ ने सरपंच व ग्रामीणों द्वारा स्कूल में निजी शिक्षक की व्यवस्था करने की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि “भिनोदा ग्राम ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अनुकरणीय पहल की है।” अंत में उन्होंने सरपंच अजगल्ले को कहा कि विद्यालय की सतत निगरानी करें और यदि किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही पाई जाए तो तुरंत सूचना दें। डीईओ के इस निरीक्षण से एक बार फिर यह संदेश स्पष्ट हुआ कि वे जिले में शिक्षा के स्तर को ऊँचाई तक पहुँचाने के लिए न केवल कठोर अधिकारी हैं बल्कि संवेदनशील शिक्षा-सेवक भी हैं।
