रायगढ़, 26 अक्टूबर 2024/ राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण एवं राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के निर्देशानुसार 14 दिसम्बर 2024 को सभी मामलों में नेशनल लोक अदालत का आयोजन होना है इस हेतु आज जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय रायगढ़ के सभागार में राजस्व अधिकारियों एवं न्यायिक अधिकारियों तथा पुलिस प्रशासन के अधिकारीगण की बैठक आयोजित हुई।
बैठक में आगामी राष्ट्रीय नेशनल लोक अदालत की रणनीति तैयार की गई। जिसमें राष्ट्रीय नेशनल लोक अदालत 2024 को सफल बनाने हेतु तथा अधिक से अधिक प्रकरणों के निराकरण हेतु पुलिस प्रशासन को दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। जिसमें न्यायालय में लंबित राजी नामा योग्य आपराधिक मामले, पानी एवं विद्युत बकाया तथा बैंक रिकवरी के प्री-लिटिगेशन व अन्य मामले राजीनामा हेतु रखे जाने एवं अन्य छोटे आपराधिक मामलों जिसमें यातायात उल्लंघन के मामले भी शामिल कर निराकृत किये जाने वाले मामलों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। मुख्य रूप से प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश/अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण श्री जितेन्द्र कुमार जैन, संयुक्त कलेक्टर रायगढ़, संयुक्त कलेक्टर सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़, उप पुलिस अधीक्षक रायगढ़, उप पुलिस अधीक्षक सारंगढ़-बिलाईगढ़, प्रथम अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश रायगढ़, श्री संतोष आदित्य, मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट रायगढ़ श्री देवेंद्र साहू, मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट श्रीमती पारूल श्रीवास्तव सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़, सचिव/न्यायाधीश जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण श्रीमती अंकिता मुदलियार, जिला जेल अधीक्षक रायगढ़, उपसंचालक अभियोजन, उपक्रम नगर निगम अधिकारी, सहायक यंत्री सी.एस.पी.डी.सी.एल. एवं पी.डब्लू.डी के अधिकारीगण सम्मिलित हुए।
