वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी ने विकासखंड पुसौर में सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र के नवीन भवन का किया लोकार्पण

रायगढ़, 7 मार्च 2024/ वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी ने आज विकासखंड पुसौर में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में विस्तार करते हुए जन सामान्य को बेहतर चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से 2.65 करोड़ की लागत से तैयार नवीन सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र भवन सहित 3 करोड़ 70 लाख 48 हजार रुपये के लागत के कुल 9 कार्यों का लोकार्पण किया।
वित्त मंत्री श्री ओपी चौधरी ने उपस्थित जनों के साथ पूरे क्षेत्र के लोगों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि इतना अच्छा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का निर्माण हुआ है और आज से ही ओपीडी शुरू हो गया है। अस्पताल को जितने संसाधनों की आवश्यकता होगी उसे प्राथमिकता से प्रदान किया जाएगा। जिससे क्षेत्र के लोगों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी डॉक्टर, नर्स स्टाफ ईमानदारी व समर्पण भाव के साथ कार्य करते हुए अस्पताल को एक मॉडर्न अस्पताल के रूप में स्थापित करें। आज सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र के साथ ही अन्य स्थानों में प्राथमिक एवं उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में 6 बिस्तर वार्ड का लोकार्पण हुआ है। इसके साथ उन्होंने बताया कि 321 विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षण प्रोत्साहन के लिए 3-3 हजार रुपये की राशि दिए जाने की घोषणा की और विभिन्न ग्राम पंचायतों में स्वीकृत कार्यों के बारे में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने हॉस्पिटल के लिए एम्बुलेंस एवं शव वाहन के साथ ही ऑपरेशन थियेटर के समान एवं आर्थों डॉक्टर की मांग पर जल्द स्वीकृति की बात कही।
इस दौरान वित्त मंत्री श्री चौधरी ने नव निर्मित सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पुसौर के साथ 03 प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र एवं 03 उप स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में नव निर्मित 06 बिस्तरीय वार्ड का भी लोकार्पण किया गया। जिसमें सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पुसौर के 03 कार्य शामिल है। जिसमें 2 करोड़ 65 लाख रूपए की लागत से नवीन भवन निर्माण, प्रदूषित पानी की सफाई हेतु 11 लाख 50 हजार रूपए की लागत से ईटीपी (इफ्यूलेन्ट ट्रीटमेन्ट प्लांट), 35 लाख रूपए की लागत से 20 बिस्तरीय वार्ड शामिल हैं। इसी प्रकार 9 लाख 83 हजार रुपये की लागत से 03 प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र एवं 03 उप स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में 06 बिस्तरीय वार्ड का निर्माण किया गया है।
इस अवसर पर जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्री निराकार पटेल, श्री राधेश्याम राठिया, अध्यक्ष नगर पंचायत पुसौर श्री रितेश थवाईत, अध्यक्ष जनपद पंचायत पुसौर श्री सुशील भोई, श्री विजय अग्रवाल, श्री उमेश अग्रवाल, श्री जगन्नाथ पाणिग्राही, श्री मोहन सतपथी, श्री उमेश साव, श्री गौरांग साव, श्री त्रिनाथ गुप्ता, श्री विरेन्द्र गुप्ता, कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल, पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री दिव्यांग पटेल, सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव, सीएमएचओ डॉ.मंडावी सहित स्वास्थ्य विभाग के चिकित्सक एवं अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
