परीक्षार्थियों के लिए निर्देश जारी

नोडल एवं सहायक नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त

रायगढ़, 5 मई 2026/ छत्तीसगढ़ व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मण्डल रायपुर द्वारा प्री.पॉलीटेक्निक प्रवेश परीक्षा (पीपीटी 26) का आयोजन 7 मई को प्रातः 10 बजे से दोपहर 1.15 बजे तक आयोजित की जाएगी। उक्त परीक्षा हेतु जिला रायगढ़ में 5 परीक्षा केन्द्र बनाए गए है, जिसमें 1350 अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा में शामिल होंगे। प्रत्येक परीक्षा केन्द्रों में आबंटित एक पुरूष एवं महिला पुलिस कर्मी से फ्रिस्ंिकग का कार्य किया जाएगा। महिला अभ्यर्थियों की फ्रिस्ंिकग महिला पुलिस कर्मी से ही कराया जाएगा। परीक्षा के सफल संचालन हेतु डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री धनराज मरकाम मोबा.नं.97535-36151 को नोडल अधिकारी एवं प्राचार्य श्री भुवनेश्वर पटेल मोबा.नं.70000-81311 को सहायक नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है।
परीक्षार्थियों को निम्नांकित निर्देशों का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा। परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा के एक दिन पूर्व अपने परीक्षा केन्द्र का अनिवार्य रूप से अवलोकन कर लें, ताकि उन्हें परीक्षा दिवस को कोई असुविधा न हो। परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने के कम से कम 2 घंटा पूर्व पहुंचे ताकि उनका फ्रिस्ंिकग एवं पहचान पत्र का सत्यापन किया जा सके। परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने के 30 मिनट पूर्व प्रातः 9.30 बजे परीक्षा केन्द्र का मुख्य द्वार बंद कर दिया जाएगा। परीक्षार्थी हल्के रंग के आधी बाह वाले कपड़े पहनकर परीक्षा देने आए। काले, गहरे नीले, गहरे हरे, जामुनी, मैरुन, बैगनी रंग व गहरे चॉकलेेटी रंग का कपड़े पहनना वर्जित होगा। धार्मिक एवं सांस्कृतिक पोशाक वाले अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा केन्द्र पर सामान्य समय से पहले रिपोर्ट करना होगा। उन्हें अतिरिक्त सुरक्षा जांच से गुजरना पड़ेगा तभी परीक्षा कक्ष में प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी। फुटवियर के रुप में केवल चप्पल पहने। कान में किसी भी प्रकार का आभूषण वर्जित है। परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने के पहले आधा घंटा में एवं परीक्षा समाप्ति के आखिरी आधा घंटा में परीक्षा कक्ष से बाहर जाना वर्जित है।
परीक्षा कक्ष में किसी भी प्रकार का संचार उपकरण, इलेक्ट्रानिक उपकरण, इलेक्ट्रानिक घड़ी, पर्स, पाउच, स्कार्फ, बेल्ट, टोपी आदि ले जाना पूर्णतः वर्जित है। प्रवेश पत्र के सभी पेज का प्रिंट आउट ले और पेज के केवल एक तरफ प्रिंट करें, क्योंकि प्रत्येक परीक्षा हेतु व्यापम की प्रति परीक्षा केन्द्र में जमा हो जाएगी। परीक्षार्थी को परीक्षा हेतु प्रवेश पत्र के साथ पहचान पत्र के रुप में मतदाता पहचान पत्र, ड्रायविंग लाइसेंस, पेन कार्ड, आधार कार्ड जिसमें अभ्यर्थी का फोटो हो, का एक मूल पहचान पत्र परीक्षा दिवस में परीक्षा केन्द्र में लाना अनिवार्य होगा। मूल पहचान पत्र प्रस्तुत नहीं करने पर परीक्षा केन्द्र में प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा, जिसके लिए अभ्यर्थी स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे। फोटो कॉपी एवं अन्य साधनों में सुरक्षित पहचान पत्र मान्य नहीं है। यदि इंटरनेट से प्राप्त प्रवेश पत्र पर फोटो नहीं आता है, तो अभ्यर्थी अपने साथ दो रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो लेकर परीक्षा केन्द्र में आएं। परीक्षार्थी, परीक्षा कक्ष में केवल काले या नीले बाल पॉइंट पेन को ही उत्तर अंकित करने हेतु उपयोग में लाएं। चयन/प्रवेश के समय प्रवेश पत्र मांगा जाता है, अतः इसे सुरक्षित रखें। व्यापम द्वारा दोबारा प्रवेश पत्र जारी नहीं किया जाएगा। निर्देशों का पालन ना करने पर अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा देने से वंचित किया जाएगा। परीक्षा में अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग करने पर कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी तथा अभ्यर्थिंता समाप्त की जाएगी। प्रातः 9.30 बजे के बाद एवं मूल पहचान पत्र के अभाव में परीक्षार्थियों को परीक्षा केन्द्र में प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा। साथ ही परीक्षार्थी मंडल द्वारा जारी प्रवेश पत्र में अंकित समस्त निर्देशों का अध्ययन कर लेें।
