रायगढ़, 2 मार्च 2024/ राष्ट्रीय सघन पल्स पोलियो अभियान 03 मार्च से शुरू होगा। तीन दिवसीय यह अभियान में रायगढ़ जिले के शून्य से 05 साल तक के 1 लाख 34 हजार 297 बच्चों को पोलियो खुराक दी जायेगी। अभियान में पहले दिन 03 मार्च को बूथ स्तर पर एवं 04 तथा 05 मार्च 2024 को बूथ गतिविधियों में छूटे हुए बच्चों को टीकाकरण टीम के द्वारा घर-घर भ्रमण कर पोलियो की खुराक पिलाकर प्रतिरक्षित किया जायेगा। पल्स पोलियो अभियान के सफल संचालन हेतु कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को व्यापक रूप से तैयारियों तैयारियों के निर्देश दिए हुए हैं।
जिला टीकाकरण अधिकारी डॉ.बी.पी.पटेल ने बताया कि पल्स पोलियो अभियान की समस्त तैयारियाँ पूर्ण कर ली गयी है, वैक्सीन एवं आईईसी सामग्री विकासखण्डों एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में वितरित की जा चूकी है। अभियान के सफल संचालन हेतु समस्त विकासखण्डों एवं शहरी क्षेत्र के खण्ड चिकित्सा अधिकारी/प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी, विकासखण्ड कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक, स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं एवं मितानिन को सुचारू रूप से कार्य संचालन हेतु प्रशिक्षित किया जा चुका है। जिले के पहुंच विहीन क्षेत्र, मेला बाजार, ईट भट्टों, मलीन बस्तियों, बस स्टैण्ड, रेलवे स्टेशन, साप्ताहिक बाजार एवं विभिन्न ओद्यौगिक क्षेत्रों में पोलियों की खुराक पिलाने के लिए मोबाईल टीम का गठन किया गया है। रविवार 03 मार्च को सुबह कार्यक्रम का विधिवत शुभारंभ जिला एवं विकासखण्डों में जनप्रतिनिधियों के माध्यम से किया जायेगा। रायगढ़ जिले में कुल 1303 बूथ, 19 ट्रांजिट टीम, 13 मेला बाजार स्थल एवं 25 मोबाईल दल, जिसमें कुल 2730 सदस्य एवं 283 पर्यवेक्षक उक्त अभियान में कार्य संपादन करेगें।
