रायगढ़, 19 जनवरी 2026/ राज्य शासन की मंशानुरूप एवं कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में रायगढ़ जिले में खरीफ विपणन वर्ष 2025-26 के अंतर्गत समर्थन मूल्य पर धान खरीदी का कार्य पूरी पारदर्शिता, सुव्यवस्थित व्यवस्था और निरंतर निगरानी के साथ सुचारू रूप से संचालित किया जा रहा है। जिले के सभी पंजीकृत धान उपार्जन केंद्रों में शासन द्वारा निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार किसानों से धान की खरीदी की जा रही है।
जिले में अब तक कुल 4,18,532.36 मीट्रिक टन धान का उपार्जन किया जा चुका है। इसमें 3,12,790.36 मीट्रिक टन मोटा धान तथा 1,05,742.00 मीट्रिक टन सरना धान शामिल है। खरीदी किए गए धान के सुरक्षित भंडारण और परिवहन की दिशा में प्रभावी कार्यवाही करते हुए 2,56,244.14 मीट्रिक टन धान का सुरक्षित उठाव पूर्ण किया जा चुका है। वहीं 3,79,944.60 मीट्रिक टन धान के लिए डिलीवरी ऑर्डर (डीओ) भी जारी किए जा चुके हैं, जिससे मिलर्स और परिवहन व्यवस्था को गति मिली है।
कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी द्वारा धान खरीदी कार्य की नियमित समीक्षा की जा रही है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि खरीदी केंद्रों में किसानों को किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो। तौल व्यवस्था, गुणवत्ता परीक्षण, बारदाना की उपलब्धता, भुगतान प्रक्रिया और परिवहन व्यवस्था पर विशेष सतर्कता बरती जाए, ताकि किसानों को समय पर और सहज सुविधा मिल सके।
कलेक्टर ने खरीदी केंद्रों में कोचियों एवं बिचौलियों पर कड़ी निगरानी रखने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि अवैध रूप से धान की खरीदी या भंडारण किसी भी स्थिति में स्वीकार्य नहीं है। वास्तविक कृषकों के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा धान विक्रय पाए जाने पर संबंधित के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
उन्होंने सभी अनुविभागीय अधिकारियों, तहसीलदारों एवं नोडल अधिकारियों को धान खरीदी केंद्रों का नियमित निरीक्षण करने, भौतिक सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करने तथा किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता की स्थिति में तत्काल प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। साथ ही खरीदी कार्य में संलग्न सभी विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने के लिए कहा गया है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि जिले में समर्थन मूल्य पर धान खरीदी की अंतिम तिथि 31 जनवरी 2026 निर्धारित है। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा यह सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है कि निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर जिले के सभी पात्र किसानों का धान खरीदा जाए तथा उन्हें शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप समर्थन मूल्य का पूर्ण लाभ प्राप्त हो।
