शासकीय उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय जामगांव की 35 छात्राओं को मिला योजना का लाभ
रायगढ़, 16 अक्टूबर 2025/ छत्तीसगढ़ शासन की महत्वाकांक्षी निःशुल्क सरस्वती साइकिल योजना के अंतर्गत शासकीय उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय, जामगांव में अध्ययनरत कक्षा 9वीं की 35 छात्राओं को निःशुल्क साइकिल प्रदान की गई। इस योजना का उद्देश्य छात्राओं को विद्यालय आने-जाने में सहूलियत प्रदान कर उनकी शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित करना है। छात्राओं को जब साइकिल प्रदान की गई, तो उनके चेहरों पर उत्साह और आत्मविश्वास साफ झलक रहा था। कई छात्राओं ने कहा कि अब उन्हें स्कूल आने-जाने में समय की बचत होगी और नियमित रूप से समय पर स्कूल पहुंच सकेंगी।
गौरतलब है कि यह योजना वर्ष 2004 में तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री डॉ.रमन सिंह के कार्यकाल में शुरू की गई थी, जिसका उद्देश्य ग्रामीण एवं दूरदराज की छात्राओं को शिक्षा से जोड़ना और उनके ड्रॉपआउट रेट को कम करना रहा है। प्रत्येक वर्ष कक्षा 9वीं में प्रवेश लेने वाली छात्राओं को इस योजना के तहत निःशुल्क साइकिल प्रदान की जाती है।
इस अवसर पर शाला प्रबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री मुरारी लाल अग्रवाल, शासकीय पूर्व माध्यमिक शाला जामगांव के विकास समिति अध्यक्ष श्री उग्रसेन विश्वकर्मा, ग्राम पंचायत कोलाईबहाल के सरपंच श्री राम कुमार किसान, उपसरपंच श्री सुरेंद्र चौहान, शाला विकास समिति के सदस्य श्री विजय मिश्रा, प्राचार्य श्री पी.आर.खूंटे, संकुल शैक्षिक समन्वयक श्री रोहित कुमार सिदार एवं विद्यालय के समस्त व्याख्याता तथा शिक्षकगण उपस्थित रहे।
