रायगढ़, 31 अक्टूबर 2023/ विधानसभा आम निर्वाचन-2023 के लिए जिले की चार विधानसभाओं हेतु 30 अक्टूबर तक नामांकन के पश्चात आज 31 अक्टूबर को नाम निर्देशन पत्रों की संवीक्षा (स्कु्रटनी)की गई। जिसके पश्चात खरसिया विधानसभा से 2 नामांकन तथा रायगढ़ से एक नामांकन को रिटर्निंग आफिसर्स ने अवैध घोषित किया तथा लैलूंगा से 9, रायगढ़ से 23, खरसिया से 8 एवं धरमजयगढ़ विधानसभा से 7 अभ्यर्थियों के नामांकन को वैध पाया गया। इस संबंध में जिला निर्वाचन शाखा से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार खरसिया विधानसभा के प्रत्याशी श्रीमती पूर्णिमा विजय जायसवाल (आम आदमी पार्टी) तथा श्री कीर्ति कुमार राठिया (गोंडवाना गणतंत्र पार्टी)के नामांकन को अवैध घोषित किया गया। वहीं रायगढ़ विधानसभा के श्री अरूण अग्रवाल (आम आदमी पार्टी) के नामांकन को संवीक्षा उपरांत अवैध घोषित किया गया। निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम के अनुसार 2 नवम्बर तक नाम वापस लिये जा सकेंगे।
