कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने ली समय-सीमा की बैठक
रायगढ़, 18 मार्च 2025/ कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने आज समय-सीमा की बैठक लेकर विभागीय काम-काज की समीक्षा की। समय सीमा बैठक के दौरान कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने कहा कि आवास प्लस के लिए जिले के गांवों में सर्वे का काम चल रहा है। इसके लिए ग्राम पंचायत में हितग्राही संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत में सचिव अथवा ग्राम सहायक से संपर्क कर सर्वे में नाम जुड़वा सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने सभी विकासखंडों में सर्वे के आधार पर सभी सीईओ जनपदों को जानकारी ऑनलाइन अपडेट करने के निर्देश भी दिए।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने एग्री स्टैक पोर्टल में किसानों की जानकारी एंट्री की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि बीते 15 दिनों में राजस्व और कृषि अधिकारियों के साथ लोक सेवा केंद्र के अमले के प्रयासों से रायगढ़ जिला फॉर्मर रजिस्ट्रेशन में पूरे प्रदेश में अग्रणी रहकर लक्ष्य को तेजी से पूरा कर रहा है। उन्होंने शामिलात खातों में दर्ज जानकारी की एंट्री के बारे में जानकारी ली। बताया गया कि प्रदेश स्तर से इस पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। जिसके पश्चात इसकी भी एंट्री शुरू हो जाएगी।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने जल जीवन मिशन के कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी एसडीएम से कहा कि पानी सप्लाई के लिए जहां सोर्स की दिक्कत है वहां पीएचई और पीओ मनरेगा के साथ संयुक्त रूप से कार्रवाई करें। उन्होंने जल जीवन मिशन के कामों में तेजी बरकरार रखते हुए कामों को पूरा करवाने के निर्देश दिए।
कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने स्कूलों में मध्यान्ह भोजन की गुणवत्ता की जांच के लिए अधिकारियों को संयुक्त रूप से निरीक्षण के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि अपने फील्ड विजिट के दौरान स्कूलों का निरीक्षण कर भोजन की क्वालिटी जरूर परखें। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने छात्रों के अपार आईडी निर्माण के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन छात्रों के अपार आईडी निर्माण शेष हैं उन्हें भी जल्द बनवा लें। बैठक के दौरान आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण की समीक्षा भी की गई।
इस अवसर पर सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव, एडीएम सुश्री संतन देवी जांगड़े, डीएफओ रायगढ़ सुश्री स्टायलो मण्डावी, आयुक्त नगर निगम श्री बृजेश सिंह क्षत्रिय सहित समस्त जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कल कोतरा रोड सब स्टेशन में लगी आग के संबंध में सीएसपीडीसीएल के अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि उच्च कार्यालय से संपर्क कर सब स्टेशन में सुरक्षा के समुचित इंतजाम सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि चूंकि सब स्टेशन स्टोर रिहायशी इलाके के पास है ऐसे में आस-पास के लोगों की सुरक्षा सबसे पहली प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। कार्यपालन अभियंता श्री बी. आर.साहू ने बताया कि घटना की जांच के लिए रायपुर से अधिकारियों की टीम भी पहुंची हुई है।
