कलेक्टर श्री सिन्हा ने लगातार कार्यवाही के दिए है निर्देश
रायगढ़, 5 सितम्बर 2023/ छत्तीसगढ़ पर्यावरण संरक्षण मंडल, रायगढ़ के द्वारा फ्लाई ऐश के परिवहन एवं निपटान की सतत् रूप से निगरानी एवं जांच की जा रही है। कलेक्टर श्री तारन प्रकाश सिन्हा ने इस संबंध में लगातार कार्यवाही के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिए है। इसी तारतम्य में 20 से 31 अगस्त 2023 के मध्य रायगढ़ जिले में सघन जांच की गई। जांच के दौरान अवैध निपटान एवं समुचित व्यवस्था बिना परिवहन पर कार्यवाही की गई। इस संबंध में अधिक जानकारी देते हुए क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी छ.ग.पर्यावरण संरक्षण मंडल जिला-रायगढ़ श्री अंकूर साहू ने बताया कि फ्लाई ऐश के अवैध अपवहन करने पर 02 उद्योगों के विरूद्ध रूपये 3 लाख 40 हजार रूपये की क्षतिपूर्ति अधिरोपित की गई एवं फ्लाई ऐश के समुचित रूप से तारपोलिन से ढके बिना परिवहन पर 01 उद्योग के 2 वाहनों पर 78 हजार रूपये क्षतिपूर्ति अधिरोपित की गई। साथ ही 01 उद्योग पर मानक सीमा से अधिक उत्सर्जन किये जाने पर 2 लाख 10 हजार रूपये पर्यावरणीय क्षतिपूर्ति अधिरोपित की गई। कलेक्टर श्री सिन्हा के निर्देश पर पर्यावरण अधिकारी द्वारा जन सामान्य की सुविधा के लिए फ्लाई ऐश के अवैध डंपिंग, परिवहन के संबंध में जानकारी व शिकायत के लिए व्हाट्सअप नंबर 7987033406 जारी किया गया है। जिस पर कॉल कर फ्लाइएश के अवैध परिवहन व डंपिंग के बारे में शिकायत की जा सकती है।
