समाज कल्याण और स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा मेडिकल शिविर का आयोजन
सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़, 10 मई 2025/सुशासन तिहार में समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा स्वास्थ्य विभाग के साथ सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सारंगढ़ में दिव्यांगजन विशिष्ट पहचान पत्र यूडीआईडी हेतु प्रमाणीकरण एवं दिव्यांगजनों के सामान्य दिव्यांगता परीक्षण के लिए माह के दूसरे शनिवार “सक्षम शनिवार” की थीम पर दिव्यांग शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। समाज कल्याण विभाग के समन्वय में आयोजित शिविर में उपस्थित 109 दिव्यागजनों ने पंजीयन कराया, जिसमें से 72 दिव्यांग जनों को यूडीआईडी हेतु चिन्हित किया गया। साथ ही जरूरतमंद दिव्यांगजनों का सामान्य स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया जाकर उचित परामर्श दिया गया। शिविर में दृष्टि बाधित के 11, अस्थिबाधित के 36, मानसिक दिव्यांगता के 08, श्रवण बाधित के 14 और सेरेब्रल पाल्सी के 3 दिव्यांगजनों का विशिष्ट दिव्यांग पहचान पत्र के लिए परीक्षण उपरांत चिन्हांकन किया गया। दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र की जानकारी जनपद पंचायत सारंगढ़ के परिसर में संचालित समाज कल्याण विभाग के कार्यालय से प्राप्त की जा सकती है।
