रायगढ़ , छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा निर्वाचन 2023 के निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम की घोषणा होने के फलस्वरुप 9 अक्टूबर से जिले में आदर्श आचरण संहिता प्रभावशील है । निष्पक्ष चुनाव संपन्न कराने की दिशा में निर्वाचन व्यय निगरानी तथा आदर्श आचरण संहिता के संबंध में प्रशासन व जिला पुलिस भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन कराया जा रहा है । कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी रायगढ़ द्वारा विभिन्न एजेंसियां के अतिरिक्त जिले में उड़नदस्ता एवं स्थैतिक निगरानी दल गठित किया गया है जिनके द्वारा लगातार निगरानी कर कार्यवाही की जा रही है । जिले में प्रवेश करने वाले प्रमुख बैरियर के साथ ही एकताल बैरियर पर चक्रधरनगर पुलिस की टीम मुस्तैदी से 24X 7 वाहन एवं व्यक्तियों के जांच पड़ताल में लगी है । इसी क्रम में कल दिनांक 17/10/2023 के दोपहर चक्रधरनगर पुलिस एवं उड़नदस्ता दल (FST) द्वारा एक के बाद एक 3 उड़ीसा पासिंग वाहनों से ₹50,000 से अधिक नगद राशि परिवहन करते जप्त किया गया है । निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के सीमा अंदर ₹50000 से अधिक नगद राशि के रूप में ले जाने पर पाबंदी है । चक्रधरनगर पुलिस और फ्लाइंग स्क्वॉड द्वारा (1) टाटा एस क्रमांक ओडी 16 डी0-7981 के चालक आदित्य सिंह सुंदरगढ़ ओड़िसा के पास से ₹2,46,900 नगद (2) मारुति ईको कार ओडी 23 सी-1997 के चालक इरफान रब्बानी निवासी झारसुगुड़ा से ₹1,80,000 रुपए नगद (3) मारुति अर्टिगा क्रमांक ओडी 23 ई-1324 के चालक अभिषेक डालमिया निवासी बेलपहाड़ उड़ीसा के पास से ₹9,50,000 कुल ₹13,76,900 की जप्ती धारा 102 सीआरपीसी के तहत 3 अलग-अलग कार्यवाही में किया गया है । ज्ञात हो कि 15 अक्टूबर की रात्रि चक्रधरनगर पुलिस और उड़नदस्ता दल की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा बोइरदादार के पास महिपाल सिंह से ₹4,01,120 रुपए की जप्ती किया गया था । इस प्रकार चक्रधरनगर पुलिस द्वारा पिछले दो दिनों में *चार प्रकरणों में 17,78,020 रूपये संदिग्ध रकम की विधिवत जप्ती* कर कार्रवाई किया गया । आज थाना चक्रधरनगर में नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अभिनव उपाध्याय द्वारा थाना प्रभारी चक्रधरनगर निरीक्षक प्रशांत राव तथा नायब तहसीलदार श्री हरनंदन बंजारे, श्री हिमांशु सिंह, श्रीमती तृप्ति चंद्राकर और चक्रधरनगर पुलिस के साथ मीडिया से जानकारी साझा कर बताये कि जिले में आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू होने के दौरान उड़नदस्ता दल, स्थैतिक निगरानी दल अथवा पुलिस द्वारा भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों के तहत कार्रवाई कर रही है, जप्त नगद राशि/माल को मुक्त करने संपत्ति स्वामी कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी रायगढ़ द्वारा गठित उच्च स्तरीय समिति के समक्ष कलेक्टोरेड कक्ष क्रमांक 21 सुसंगत दस्तावेजों के साथ आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं जिनके प्रस्तुत आवेदन/अपील को समिति द्वारा जांच उपरांत निराकरण किया जावेगा ।
