रायगढ़ , प्रदेश में आचार संहिता प्रभावशील है। जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस प्रभावी रूप से आदर्श आचार संहिता के नियमावली का पालन जिले में कराया जा रहा है । इसी क्रम में आज दिनांक 18.10.2023 को स्थानीय प्रशासन के साथ खरसिया पुलिस द्वारा प्रमुख चौंक-चौराहों पर वाहनों की सघन जांच कार्रवाई किया गया । एसडीपी खरसिया श्री प्रभात पटेल के नेतृत्व में थाना प्रभारी खरसिया निरीक्षक राकेश मिश्रा व उनका स्टाफ शहर के प्रमुख चौंक-चौराहों पर वाहन चेकिंग अभियान चलाया गया जिसमें ऐसे वाहनों को भी रोका गया जिन वाहनों पर राजनीतिक पदनाम की नंबर प्लेट लगी थी जिन्हें आदर्श आचार संहिता की जानकारी देकर वाहनों से नंबर प्लेट उतरवाये गये और मानक प्लेट लगाने कहा गया । वाहन चेकिंग दौरान पुलिस ने वाहनों के प्रेशर हार्न, मॉडिफाई सायलेंसर और नंबर प्लेट की भी जांच किया गया । कई वाहनों पर अमानक नंबर प्लेट लगी हुई थी जिन पर धार्मिक स्लोगन, कार्टून इत्यादि बने हुए थे जिन्हें थाना प्रभारी ने केंद्रीय मोटर यान अधिनियम की जानकारी देकर चालान करते हुये मानक अनुरूप वाहन नंबर प्लेट लगाने की हिदायत दिये । विगत दिनों पुसौर थानाक्षेत्र में भी थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक सीताराम ध्रुव द्वारा जनप्रतिनिधियों के पदनाम वाले नंबर प्लेट उतरवाए गए थे।
