स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक में दिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश
रायगढ़, 31 अक्टूबर 2025/ कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी की अध्यक्षता में जिला कलेक्टोरेट स्थित सृजन सभाकक्ष में स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले के सभी विद्यालयों के प्राचार्य और विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। कलेक्टर श्री चतुर्वेदी ने कहा कि आने वाले दो माह विद्यार्थियों के भविष्य निर्माण के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। इस दौरान सभी प्राचार्य विद्यालयवार विशेष कार्ययोजना बनाकर विद्यार्थियों के बोर्ड परीक्षा परिणामों में उत्कृष्टता सुनिश्चित करें। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि बोर्ड परीक्षा में उत्कृष्ट परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिए विद्यार्थियों की नियमित उपस्थिति, काउंसलिंग और निरंतर मूल्यांकन अनिवार्य है। कमजोर विद्यार्थियों की सूची बनाकर उन पर अतिरिक्त ध्यान दें और राज्य स्तर पर टॉप करने की क्षमता रखने वाले विद्यार्थियों के लिए विशेष तैयारी कराई जाए। साथ ही पाठ्यक्रम को निर्धारित समय-सीमा में पूरा करें।
कलेक्टर ने कहा कि विद्यार्थियों के बेहतर परिणाम के लिए प्राचार्यों और शिक्षकों की भूमिका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होती है। विद्यार्थियों के परिणामों में सुधार ही शिक्षकों के कार्य का वास्तविक मूल्यांकन है। प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी की क्षमता और योग्यता के अनुरूप पहचान कर उन्हें व्यक्तिगत रूप से मार्गदर्शन करें। जिले के विद्यार्थी राज्य स्तर पर सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करें, इसके लिए सभी अधिकारी और शिक्षक टीम भावना से कार्य करें। बैठक में श्री चतुर्वेदी ने विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति की जानकारी लेते हुए कहा कि अनुपस्थित और ड्रॉपआउट विद्यार्थियों के अभिभावकों से सीधा संवाद स्थापित कर उन्हें स्कूल आने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा के साथ अनुशासन भी समान रूप से आवश्यक है, इसलिए सभी विद्यालयों में अनुशासन का पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
बैठक में कलेक्टर ने शिक्षकों एवं छात्रों की उपस्थिति, तिमाही परीक्षा के परिणाम, विद्या समीक्षा केंद्र में पंजीयन, एलपीजी के माध्यम से मध्यान्ह भोजन, सरस्वती साइकिल वितरण, यू-डाइस डाटा एंट्री, अपार आईडी निर्माण, छमाही प्री-बोर्ड परीक्षा का आयोजन, बोर्ड परीक्षा लक्ष्य निर्धारण, मॉडल स्कूलों की प्रगति, छात्रवृत्ति ऑनलाइन एंट्री तथा ‘उल्लास नवभारत साक्षरता महापरीक्षा’ की तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की और आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि “हर विद्यालय में शिक्षकों की मेहनत विद्यार्थियों के परिणामों में झलकनी चाहिए। विद्यार्थियों की सफलता ही शिक्षकों की मुख्य उपलब्धि है। बैठक में जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री अभिजीत बबन पठारे, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी डॉ.के.वी.राव सहित जिला परियोजना अधिकारी देवेंद्र वर्मा, डीएमसी आलोक स्वर्णकार, सहायक संचालक रूबी वर्गीस, तरसिला एक्का, एपीसी भुवनेश्वर पटेल, भूपेंद्र पटेल, किरण मिश्रा, अभय पांडेय, छात्रवृत्ति नोडल एस.के.करन, सभी खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी, सहायक खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी, बीआरसी तथा जिले के सभी शासकीय शालाओं के प्राचार्य उपस्थित रहे।
