 बैठक में डॉ कन्नौजे ने सुशासन तिहार की तैयारी करने के निर्देश दिए और बिना अनुमति के अवकाश पर प्रतिबंध लगाया है। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियो को आगामी कार्ययोजना बनाने के निर्देश दिए। वहीं जिले के सभी अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों को स्वगणना से जनगणना कार्य को पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। अनुकंपा नियुक्ति के मामलों को शीघ्र नियंत्रण करने के निर्देश दिए। सभी महिला हितग्राहियों को महतारी वंदन का ईकेवायसी शीघ्र कराने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने जिले के शासकीय भूमि पर अवैध कब्जा को तत्काल हटाने और आबादी जगहों में संचालित ईट भट्टी पर कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए।
