रायगढ़, 27 सितम्बर 2023/ कलेक्टर श्री तारन प्रकाश सिन्हा आज जनपद पंचायत धरमजयगढ़ के सभाकक्ष में आगामी विधानसभा निर्वाचन की तैयारियों के संबंध में विभागीय अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। इस मौके पर वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री सदानंद कुमार, सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्दर यादव उपस्थित रहे।
बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री तारन प्रकाश सिन्हा धरमजयगढ़ में निर्वाचन संबंधी जानकारी ली। उन्होंने मतदान केंद्रों की जानकारी, पास एवं दूरस्थ मतदान केंद्र, वोटिंग प्रतिशत, वाहन, सामग्री वितरण-वापसी, दलों के वापसी व्यवस्था के संबंध में विस्तार पूर्वक चर्चा की। कलेक्टर श्री सिन्हा ने लोकेशन की जानकारी लेते हुए मतदान केंद्र में सभी जरूरी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने एवं मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर श्री सिन्हा ने कहा कि एक विधानसभा वाले कर्मचारियों की दूसरे विधानसभा में भी ड्यूटी लगाई जाएगी, लिहाजा मतदान दलों के लिए वाहनों की सुविधा सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्वाचन में कार्य में संलग्न कर्मचारियों को किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या नहीं होनी चाहिए।
कलेक्टर श्री सिन्हा ने मास्टर ट्रेनरों से कहा कि ट्रेंनिग बेहतर कराया जाए, जितनी अच्छी ट्रेनिंग होगी निर्वाचन का कार्य उतना अच्छा होगा। इसके साथ ही सामग्री वितरण में मास्टर ट्रेनिंग की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण रहेगी। कलेक्टर श्री सिन्हा ने कहा की ईवीएम बहुत संवेदनशील है, वोटिंग के पश्चात ईवीएम वापसी का कार्य भी महत्वपूर्ण हैं। इसमें कही भी लापरवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जल्द ही आचार संहिता लगने वाली है, जिसके पश्चात सभी कार्यालयों एवं नगर क्षेत्र के प्रचार सामग्री, विज्ञापनों को हटाने का कार्य किया जाए। इस दौरान उन्होंने विद्युत विभाग को विद्युत की व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायत सचिव, रोजगार सहायकों एवं पटवारी की आगामी दिनों में बैठक रख कर आचार संहिता, निर्वाचन कार्य एवं छाव-पानी की व्यवस्था के संबंध में जानकारी देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने एसडीएम को निर्वाचन के दौरान मुख्यालय के फ्यूल पंप में पर्याप्त फ्यूल रखवाने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि मतदान दलों के साथ आम जन को भी इस दौरान दिक्कत न हो।
वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री सदानंद कुमार ने कहा निर्वाचन में संलग्न कर्मचारियों को दिक्कत होने पर कंट्रोल रूम में कॉल कर सहायता ले सकते है। साथ ही शेडो एरिया को पहले से चिन्हांकित कर संचार माध्यम दुरुस्त कर लिया जाए, जिससे निर्वाचन कार्य में अवरोध न हो। उन्होंने पुलिस विभाग को मतदान केंद्रों में बेरीकेट्स, भवन की स्थिति का जायजा लेने के निर्देश दिए। जिससे निर्वाचन कार्य सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो सके।
बैठक में डीएफओ धरमजयगढ़ श्री अभिषेक जोगावत, एसडीएम धरमजयगढ़ श्री डिगेश पटेल, एसडीओपी श्री दीपक मिश्रा, तहसीलदार श्री भोजराम डहरिया सहित जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

कलेक्टर श्री सिन्हा ने बीएमओ को निर्देशित किया कि मतदान दलों के स्वास्थ्य संबंधी दिक्कतोंं के लिए बेहतर स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने बीएमओ को चिकित्सा दल, दवाई, एंबुलेंस की व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि धरमजयगढ़ में सर्पदंश के मामले अधिक देखे जाते है लिहाजा पर्याप्त एंटीवेनम उपलब्ध रहनी चाहिए।

कलेक्टर श्री सिन्हा ने कहा कि कई मतदान केंद्र सुदूर क्षेत्रों में है, लिहाजा हाथी प्रभावित क्षेत्र होने से दिक्कतें आ सकती है। उन्होंने डीएफओ धरमजयगढ़ को निर्वाचन के दौरान हाथियों के लोकेशन पर नजर रखते हुए जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। डीएफओ ने कहा कि विभाग हाथियों लोकेशन के साथ निर्वाचन कार्य में संलग्न कर्मचारियों का सहयोग करेगा।
