दिल्ली , भारत के पूर्व मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त मनोहर सिंह गिल का निधन 86 वर्ष की आयु में दिल्ली के एक अस्पताल में हो गया, वह कुछ समय से बीमार चल रहे थे वे अपने पीछे पत्नी व तीन बेटियों को छोड़ गए ।
