दिव्यांगों के अंगों का नाप के लिए तिथियां निर्धारित

नाप के बाद भारत सरकार की कंपनी उपकरण बनाकर निशुल्क प्रदान करेगी

सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़, 29 जून 2025/ लोकसभा रायगढ़ के सांसद राधेश्याम राठिया के पहल पर जिले के दिव्यांगों के लिए जरूरत के हिसाब से अंगों का नाप होगा, उसके बाद भारत सरकार से अनुबंधित कंपनी जबलपुर से उसी नाप का मशीन, उपकरण, छड़ी, बैसाखी, मोटराइज्ड सायकल आदि निशुल्क प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इसके लिए 30 जून को नगर पंचायत कार्यालय सरिया में और 1 जुलाई को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बरमकेला में, 2 जुलाई को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सारंगढ़ में, 3 जुलाई को प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र कनकबीरा, 4 जुलाई को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बिलाईगढ़ में और 5 जुलाई को प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सरसीवा में दिव्यांगों के नापजोख के लिए शिविर का आयोजन किया जाएगा। उल्लेखनीय है कि यह प्रक्रिया लोकसभा जांजगीर सांसद कमलेश जांगड़े की पहल पर पूर्व में आयोजित की जा चुकी है, जिसमें जिले के कई दिव्यांग लाभान्वित हुए हैं। 

 इस परीक्षण शिविर का आयोजन भारतीय कृत्रिम अंग निर्माण निगम (भारत सरकार का उपकम) जबलपुर द्वारा भारत सरकार की एडिप एवं राष्ट्रीय वयोश्री योजनान्तर्गत जिले के पात्र दिव्यांगजनों को निःशुल्क सहायक उपकरण व कैलीपर्स एवं कृत्रिम अंग तथा वरिष्ठजनों को जीवन सहायक उपकरण प्रदाय करने हेतु  का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

एडिप योजना के लाभार्थी को दस्तावेजों की छायाप्रति मूल्याकंन परीक्षण शिविर के समय साथ में अनिवार्य रूप से लाना होगा, जिसमें यूडीआईडी प्रमाण पत्र दिव्यांगता 40% या अधिक (मोटराइज्ड ट्राईसाइकिल हेतु 80%), आय प्रमाण पत्र 22,500/- या उससे कम मासिक आय (2,70,000/- वार्षिक आय से कम) अथवा बी.पी.एल. राशन कार्ड, आधार कार्ड की छायाप्रति।

भारत सरकार की राष्ट्रीय वयोश्री योजनान्तर्गत वरिष्ठजनों द्वारा जिन दस्तावेजों की छायाप्रति मूल्याकंन परीक्षण शिविर के समय साथ में अनिवार्य रूप से लाना है उसमें बी.पी.एल. राशन कार्ड की छायाप्रति,मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड छायाप्रति, इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजना अंतर्गत किसी अन्य पेंशन योजना के तहत बी.पी. एल. श्रेणी से संबंधित वृद्धजनों के लिए वृद्धावस्था पेंशन प्राप्त करने का प्रमाण अथवा बी.पी.एल. श्रेणी के अलावा अन्य वरिष्ठ नागरिक जिनकी सभी स्त्रोतों से मासिक आय 15000/-प्रतिमाह से कम हो (लोक सेवा केन्द्र से या ग्राम पंचायत से जारी आय प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं।)
मोटराइज्ड ट्राइसाइकिल प्रदान करने हेतु 80% अधिक दिव्यांगता वार्ले दिव्यांगजनों का चयन एलिम्को के पुनर्वास विशेषज्ञों द्वारा किया जायेगा। एडिय योजना के अंतर्गत ऐसे दिव्यांगजन जिन्होंने समान प्रयोजन के लिए पिछले 03 वर्षों के दौरान किसी स्त्रोत (समाज कल्याण विभाग/ शिक्षा विभाग) से उपकरण प्राप्त नहीं किये हो, वे ही सहायक उपकरणों का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। 12 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए यह सीमा 01 वर्ष की है तथा एडिप योजना के अंतर्गत मोटराइज्ड ट्राइसाईकिल व स्मार्ट फोन (दृष्टिबाधितों हेतु) यह सीमा 05 वर्ष की हैं। अधिक जानकारी के लिए उप संचालक समाज कल्याण विभाग, जनपद पंचायत कार्यालय परिसर सारंगढ़ से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
