फरार साथियों की तलाश जारी, गिरफ्तार आरोपियों को रिमांड पर भेजा गया

27 अप्रैल, रायगढ़ । थाना जूटमिल क्षेत्र अंतर्गत ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर बस स्टैंड स्थित ट्रांसपोर्ट ऑफिस में मारपीट, लूटपाट और तोड़फोड़ की घटना पर जूटमिल पुलिस ने त्वरित एवं सख्त कार्रवाई करते हुए पांच आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर डकैती सहित गंभीर धाराओं में रिमांड पर भेजा है। एसएसपी श्री शशि मोहन सिंह के दिशा निर्देशन और एडिशनल एसपी श्री अनिल सोनी, सीएसपी श्री मयंक मिश्रा के मार्गदर्शन पर की गई इस कार्रवाई में वारदात के कुछ ही घंटों के भीतर आरोपियों की पहचान कर उन्हें अलग-अलग स्थानों से गिरफ्तार किया गया। प्रार्थी उपेंद्र सिंह (60 साल) निवासी कैदीमुड़ा ने थाना जूटमिल में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी कि 26 अप्रैल की शाम वह ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर स्थित अपने कार्यालय जा रहे थे, तभी रास्ते में खड़ी कार को लेकर हुए विवाद के बाद कुछ युवकों ने उनके साथ गाली-गलौज और मारपीट शुरू कर दी। प्रार्थी बचाने के लिए अपने आफिस की ओर भागा, जहां पीछा करते उनके आफिस पहुंचे और आरोपियों ने प्रार्थी के स्टाफ के साथ भी मारपीट की, ऑफिस में घुसकर तोड़फोड़ की और कर्मचारी बृजनंदन सिंह से मोबाइल छीन लिया। आरोपियों ने केश काउंटर से हिसाब-किताब की डायरी और करीब 1.50 लाख रुपये नगद लूटकर वाहन से फरार हो गए। थाना प्रभारी जूटमिल निरीक्षक अभिनव कांत ने मामले में आरोपियों के खिलाफ अपराध क्रमांक 143/26 धारा 296,351(3),115 (2), 324 (4), 310 (1) बी०एन०एस० (2023) कायम कर आहतों का उपचार कराया गया है। जिसके बाद जूटमिल पुलिस ने विवेचना के दौरान साक्ष्य संकलित करते हुए पांच आरोपियों — शिवा पटेल उर्फ विक्की, सुखसागर सारथी उर्फ सागर, मनोज सारथी, लोकेश्वर साहु और गणेश दास महंत उर्फ नानु — को गिरफ्तार किया। पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने अपने फरार साथियों टिकम और किशन महंत के साथ मिलकर वारदात करना स्वीकार किया। आरोपियों के मेमोरेंडम पर लूटी रकम में शेष बचे 370 रुपये बरामद किए गए। आरोपियों के अनुसार लूट की राशि भागते समय कुछ रूपये गिर जाना और अधिकांश रूपये आरोपियों ने खर्च कर दिया था। आरोपियों के विरुद्ध बीएनएस की गंभीर धाराओं में पर्याप्त साक्ष्य पाए जाने पर उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया है, जबकि फरार आरोपियों की तलाश जारी है। जूटमिल पुलिस की इस त्वरित कार्रवाई को अपराध के खिलाफ बड़ी सफलता माना जा रहा है।
