रायगढ़, 13 फरवरी 2024/ कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल के निर्देशन में जन सामान्य की समस्याओं के त्वरित निराकरण के लिए कलेक्ट्रेट के सृजन सभाकक्ष में प्रति सप्ताह जनदर्शन का आयोजन किया जाता है। जिसमें जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के लोग अपनी मांगों और समस्याओं को जनदर्शन के माध्यम से रखते हुए, निराकरण प्राप्त करते हैं। 
           आयोजित जनदर्शन में एफसीआई में कार्यरत श्रमिकों द्वारा कार्य की पूरी राशि भुगतान नहीं करने की शिकायत लेकर जनदर्शन में पहुंचे थे। उन्होंने बताया कि संबंधित ठेकेदार द्वारा उन्हे मजदूरी की पूरी राशि का भुगतान कर, आधा पैसा मांग लेता हैं। पैसा वापस नही करने की स्थिति में काम से निकालने की धमकी दी जाती है, उन्होंने कलेक्टर श्री गोयल से मजदूरी की पूरी राशि दिलाए जाने का निवेदन किया, ताकि वे परिवार का भरण-पोषण बेहतर कर सके। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने आवेदन पर श्रम विभाग को उचित कार्यवाही हेतु निर्देशित किया। तहसील तमनार के ग्राम धौराभांठा निवासी श्री रामचरण गुप्ता अपने भाई के इलाज में सहायता की मांग लेकर जनदर्शन में पहुंचे। उन्होंने बताया कि उनका भाई मानसिक रूप से अस्वस्थ है, जिसका ईलाज रांची में करवाया गया, लेकिन स्वास्थ्य में सुधार नहीं हुआ। तत्पश्चात वर्तमान में झारसुगुड़ा में ईलाज करवाना चाहते है, जिसके नियमानुसार अन्य राज्य के रोगी को ईलाज हेतु जिला अध्यक्ष की अनुमति प्राप्त करना होता है। उन्होंने कलेक्टर श्री गोयल से अनुमति प्रदान करने का निवेदन किया। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने आवेदन पर प्राथमिकता से स्वास्थ्य विभाग को कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। इसी प्रकार ग्राम कोतरलिया निवासी श्रीमती सावित्री यादव अपने बच्चे के ईलाज में सहायता प्रदान करने हेतु आवेदन लेकर जनदर्शन में पहुची थी। उन्होंने बताया कि उनके बच्चे का जन्म से विकृति होने के कारण उनका ऑपरेशन निजी हॉस्पिटल में किया गया, लेकिन पुन: ऑपरेशन की आवश्यकता हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि  वह अत्यंत गरीब है एवं रोजी मजदूरी कर जीवन-यापन करते है। उन्होंने कलेक्टर श्री गोयल से उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति को देखते हुए बेटे के ऑपरेशन में सहायता प्रदान करने का निवेदन किया। कलेक्टर गोयल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को आवेदन के निराकरण के निर्देश दिए।
          तहसील घरघोड़ा के ग्राम झरियापाली निवासी श्रीमती हिरमेत सोनवानी अपनी बेटी के मृत्युपरांत आर्थिक क्षतिपूर्ति की मांग आवेदन लेकर जनदर्शन में पहुंची थी। उन्होंने कलेक्टर श्री गोयल को बताया कि उनकी बेटी की मृत्यु तालाब में डूबने से हुई थी, उन्होंने बताया की वह निराश्रित हैं, ऐसे में बेटी की मृत्यु उपरांत दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं। उन्होंने क्षतिपूर्ति राशि प्रदान करने का निवेदन किया। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने निराकरण हेतु राहत शाखा को निर्देशित किया। विकासखंड पुसौर के ग्राम पडिग़ांव निवासी  किरन साव निराश्रित पेंशन की मांग आवेदन लेकर जनदर्शन में पहुंची थी।  कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने आवेदन के निराकरण हेतु समाज कल्याण को निर्देशित किया।
