रायगढ़ , सड़क सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देने व सुरक्षित यातायात बनाए रखने यातायात पुलिस व थानों की टीमों द्वारा समय-समय पर यातायात नियमों के तहत कार्यवाही की जाती है । गत दिनों रायगढ़-घरघोड़ा मार्ग पर हुये सड़क दुर्घटनाओं के समीक्षा पर वाहन चालक की लापरवाही के साथ वाहन तथा वाहन के दस्तावेजों में कई खामियां पायी गई थी जिसे लेकर वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री सदानंद कुमार द्वारा सभी थाना, चौकी प्रभारियों को वाहनों के चालक व उसके दस्तावेजों की जांच व कार्यवाही का निर्देश दिया गया है । निर्देशों के पालन में थाना प्रभारी लैलूंगा निरीक्षक मोहन भारद्वाज द्वारा अपने स्टाफ के साथ बिना परमिट चल रही बसों की जांच किया गया जिसमें रायगढ़ से जशपुर चलने वाली कृपा बस के संचालक/मालिक द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ परिवहन के नियमों को तक में रखते हुए बिना परमिट के बस संचालन किया जा रहा था । बस मालिक के कृत्य पर थाना प्रभारी लैलूंगा द्वारा यातायात के नियमों के तहत 12,600 रूपये का समन शुल्क का चालान काटा गया है । लैलूंगा पुलिस की कार्यवाही से ऐसे बस संचालक को में हड़कंप मचा है । विदित हो कि आने वाले निर्वाचन को लेकर छत्तीसगढ़ समेत पांच राज्यों में आचार संहिता प्रभावशील है । प्रशासन व पुलिस पर आदर्श आचार संहिता का पालन कराने की बड़ी जिम्मेदारी है । इसी कड़ी में नियमों के विपरीत बस संचालन पर लैलूंगा पुलिस द्वारा कार्यवाही किया गया । प्रभावशील आचार संहिता का पूर्ण रूपेण पालन कराने पुलिस प्रतिबद्ध है, आगे भी ऐसे नियमों का पालन नहीं करने वाले बस मलिक व चालकों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही जारी रहेगा ।
