रायगढ़, 28 फरवरी 2024/ उत्तम मेमोरियल कॉलेज पटेलपाली रायगढ़ में विज्ञान विषय अंतर्गत इमर्जिंग ट्रेंड्स इन बेसिक साइंसेज, फिजिकल, केमिकल बायोलॉजिकल एंड एनवायरमेंटल साइंसेज का दो दिवसीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी आयोजित किया गया। समापन समारोह में कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल शामिल हुए। 
          कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि छात्र देश की उन्नति के लिए आवश्यक है, युवाओं का सफल होना अनिवार्य है तभी देश वल्र्ड पावर बन सकेगा। हम किसी को रोक नहीं सकते लेकिन स्वयं को आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि समय बहुत कीमती है, समय का सदुपयोग कर कड़ी मेहनत करें तभी सफल होकर अपने माता-पिता के सपनों को साकार कर पाओगे। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने संगोष्ठी में उपस्थित विषय-विशषज्ञों से जिले के छात्र-छात्राओं को रिसर्च एवं शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सहयोग करने की बात कही। 
              विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित डॉ.राम प्रकाश अग्रवाल, चीफ एडिटर, इंटरनेशनल जर्नल ऑफ  फार्मोकोलॉजी एंड बायोलॉजिकल साइंसेज, जलगांव ने दो दिवस के प्रतिवेदन की विस्तृत जानकारी साझा करते हुए कहा कि उत्तम मेमोरियल कॉलेज का प्रयास अत्यंत सराहनीय रहा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस संगोष्ठी में 4 देशों के मुख्य स्पीकर, 81 राज्यों के विषय-विशेषज्ञों ने सहभागिता दिया। संगोष्ठी में 200 से अधिक पेपर प्रस्तुत की गई, जिसमें 99 ऑफलाईन थी एवं 467 रजिस्ट्रेशन हुए थे जो संगोष्ठी की सफलता को दर्शाता है। उत्तम मेमोरियल कॉलेज के चेयरमैन श्री गौतम चौधरी ने संगोष्ठी में उपस्थित समस्त अतिथियों, शिक्षाविदों, रिसर्च स्कॉलर, महाविद्यालय के समस्त सदस्यों, छात्र-छात्राओं, एनएसएस एवं रेडक्रॉस यूनिट की टीम को सहयोग करने एवं संगोष्ठी को सफल बनाने के लिए धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।
