बिना अनुमति के धरना प्रदर्शन करने वाले 5 लोगों को नोटिस जारी, 24 घंटे में मांगा जवाब

रायगढ़, 25 फरवरी 2026/ एनटीपीसी लारा के निकट बिना अनुमति धरना प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने के मामले में जिला प्रशासन ने 5 लोगों को नोटिस जारी किया है। यह कार्रवाई कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के निर्देश पर अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारी रायगढ़ द्वारा जारी आदेश के उल्लंघन पर की गई है।
इस संबंध में रायगढ़ निवासी अनिल अग्रवाल एवं तहसील पुसौर के लारा निवासी कृष्णा प्रधान, गौरी शंकर मिरधा, महेन्द्र मिरधा तथा मुरली प्रधान को नोटिस जारी कर 24 घंटे के भीतर अपना पक्ष प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए गए है। नोटिस में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि निर्धारित समयावधि में संतोषजनक जवाब प्रस्तुत नहीं करने की स्थिति में संबंधित व्यक्तियों के विरूद्ध वैधानिक कार्यवाही की जाएगी, जिसकी संपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी उनकी स्वयं की होगी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि रायगढ़ जिले में सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था, कानून-व्यवस्था तथा शांति बनाए रखने के उद्देश्य से कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी द्वारा महत्वपूर्ण आदेश जारी किया गया है। आदेश के अनुसार रायगढ़ जिले में सर्व विविध, निजी, सार्वजनिक, धार्मिक, राजनीतिक एवं अन्य संगठनों अथवा संस्थाओं द्वारा आयोजित किए जाने वाले सभी प्रकार के सार्वजनिक आयोजनों के लिए जिला प्रशासन की पूर्व अनुमति प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य किया गया है। इसके बावजूद 24 फरवरी 2026 को एनटीपीसी लारा के पास बिना विधिक अनुमति धरना आयोजित किए जाने की जानकारी प्रशासन को मिली। जिसके पश्चात अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारी रायगढ़ ने इस संबंध में उक्त लोगों के ऊपर कार्रवाई करते हुए नोटिस जारी किया है।
