वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी के पहल से प्रथम चरण में 1.67 करोड़ के निर्माण कार्यों को मिली स्वीकृति
शेड युक्त चबूतरे, बड़ा गोदाम, किसान सदन और कैंटीन होगा तैयार, बनाई जाएंगी बीटी सड़कें
मंडी परिसर में सीसीटीवी कैमरे और हाई मास्क लाइट लगाए जाएंगे, सौ टन का धरम कांटा भी होगा स्थापित
रायगढ़, 11 अगस्त 2024/ रायगढ़ के पटेल पाली की थोक सब्जी मंडी का वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी के पहल से कायाकल्प होने जा रहा है। इसके लिए प्रथम चरण में 1 करोड़ 67 लाख रुपए स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी आज सुबह मंडी परिसर के निरीक्षण में पहुंचे। यहां उन्होंने थोक सब्जी विक्रेताओं से मुलाकात कर चर्चा की और पटेलपाली में होने वाले निर्माण और मरम्मत कार्यों के बारे में अधिकारियों से विस्तार से जानकारी ली और इस संबंध महत्वपूर्ण दिशा निर्देश दिए।
वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी ने कहा कि पटेल पाली मंडी सब्जियों और फलों के लिए रायगढ़ जिले का प्रमुख व्यापारिक केंद्र है। इसे मॉडल मंडी के रूप में तैयार कर यहां आने वाले किसानों के लिए तमाम जरूरी बुनियादी सुविधाएं तैयार की जाएंगी। जिससे किसानों को सुविधाजनक माहौल मिलने के साथ ही उनके व्यापार को भी बढ़ावा मिले। उन्होंने पटेल पाली मंडी में चबूतरे में स्टांप कांक्रीटीकरण करने के निर्देश दिए जिससे चबूतरे मजबूत और आकर्षक बने। इसके साथ ही चबूतरे के ऊपर कवरशेड बनाने के निर्देश दिए। गेट से अंदर आने वाली सड़क को बीटी रोड बनाने के लिए कहा। परिसर में एक बड़ा गोदाम और किसान सदन तथा कैंटीन भी तैयार करने के निर्देश उन्होंने दिए। इसके साथ ही यहां पर एटीएम शुरु करने के लिए भी कहा। वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी ने अधिकारियों को पूरी गुणवत्ता के साथ निर्माण कार्यों को समय-सीमा में पूरा कराने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए।
गौरतलब है कि पटेलपाली थोक सब्जी और फल मंडी का कायाकल्प कर इसे मॉडल मंडी के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। वित्त मंत्री श्री ओ.पी.चौधरी के प्रयासों से इसके लिए 1 करोड़ 67 लाख रुपए की स्वीकृति छ.ग.राज्य कृषि विपणन बोर्ड से मिली है। जिससे यहां आने वाले किसानों और सब्जी और फल के क्रेता-विक्रेताओं को सभी जरूरी सुविधाएं यहां मिल सके। स्वीकृति उपरांत अब निविदा की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर निर्माण कार्य शुरू किए जायेंगे। निरीक्षण के दौरान नगर निगम आयुक्त श्री सुनील चंद्रवंशी, एसडीएम रायगढ़ श्री प्रवीण तिवारी, प्रभारी सहायक आयुक्त श्री महेश शर्मा सहित अन्य अधिकारी-कर्मचारी व थोक सब्जी विक्रेता संघ के पदाधिकारी और व्यापारी सहित कृषकगण उपस्थित रहे।
पटेलपाली मॉडल मंडी में होंगी ये सुविधाएं
पटेल पाली मंडी के लिए स्वीकृत कार्यों में 07 छायादार चबुतरा का मरम्मत एवं नवीनीकरण कार्य किया जायेगा। परिसर में निर्मित सी.सी.रोड की मरम्मत के साथ यहां वाहनों की पार्किंग का निर्माण भी इसमें शामिल है। पटेल पाली सब्जी मंडी प्रांगण में स्ट्रीट लाईट एवं हाई मास्क लाईट की मरम्मत के साथ नवीनीकरण का कार्य किया जायेगा। इसके अलावा मेन गेट, चेक पोस्ट स्थापित करने के साथ काऊ केचर, बूम बेरियर और परिसर में सी.सी.टी.वी.कैमरा लगाने का कार्य व कम्प्यूटर सेट, तडि़त चालक लगाने का काम होगा। यहां 100 टन का धरमकांटा कम्प्यूटर सेट व अन्य जरूरी उपकरणों के साथ लगाया जाएगा। परिसर में शौचालय (पुरूष एवं महिला),पेयजल घर निर्माण किया जाएगा। बची खुची सब्जियों के गारबेज मैनेजमेंट के लिहाज से वर्मी कम्पोस्ट टंकी बनाने के साथ कंपोस्ट मशीन लगवाई जायेगी।
