रायगढ़, 1 नवम्बर 2025/ छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य स्थापना के रजत जयंती वर्ष के अवसर पर आज नवा रायपुर में आयोजित भव्य राज्योत्सव समारोह में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के अंतर्गत प्रदेश के लाखों हितग्राहियों को नई सौगात दी। इस अवसर पर रायगढ़ जिले के 17,500 हितग्राहियों का गृह प्रवेश कराया गया। साथ ही जिले के हितग्राहियों को विभिन्न चरणों की किस्तों की राशि का वितरण किया गया। जिले के 9,327 हितग्राहियों को प्रथम किस्त के रूप में 3,730.80 लाख रुपए, 1,062 हितग्राहियों को द्वितीय किस्त 584.10 लाख रुपए तथा 2,907 हितग्राहियों को तृतीय किस्त 726.75 लाख रुपए की सहायता राशि प्रदान की गई। इस राशि से ग्रामीण परिवार अपने सपनों का पक्का घर बनाकर सम्मानजनक जीवन की दिशा में एक नया अध्याय शुरू कर सकेंगे। 
          इस अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने कहा कि “प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना केवल घर निर्माण की योजना नहीं, बल्कि गरीब परिवारों के सपनों को साकार करने का अभियान है। हर घर में खुशियों की रोशनी और आत्मसम्मान की दीवारें खड़ी हों, यही हमारा लक्ष्य है। बता दे कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) अंतर्गत ग्रामीण गरीब, बेघर एवं झोपड़ी में रहने वाले परिवारों को पक्के घर उपलब्ध कराना है। इस योजना के तहत मकान निर्माण आरंभ होने पर प्रथम किस्त 40,000 रुपए, दीवारें एवं छत पूर्ण होने पर द्वितीय किस्त 55,000 रुपए और मकान पूर्ण रूप से तैयार होने पर तृतीय किस्त 25,000 रुपए प्रदान की जाती है। इस योजना के तहत 2029 तक सभी ग्रामीण परिवारों को पक्का आवास उपलब्ध कराने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।          प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) का उद्देश्य केवल आवास निर्माण नहीं, बल्कि ग्रामीण भारत के जीवन स्तर को ऊँचा उठाना है। यह योजना ग्रामीणों को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ और सम्मानजनक जीवन प्रदान कर आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में एक सशक्त कदम है। आज रायगढ़ जिले के हजारों परिवारों के चेहरों पर खुशियों की चमक और आत्मगौरव की झलक देखने को मिली। अपने नए घरों में गृह प्रवेश करते समय हितग्राहियों ने प्रधानमंत्री और शासन-प्रशासन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।
