29 से 31 मार्च अवकाश दिवस में खुले रहेंगे पंजीयन कार्यालय

रायगढ़, 28 मार्च 2024/ कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए निर्धारित राजस्व लक्ष्य (मुद्रांक एवं पंजीयन)आय शासन को अधिक से अधिक राजस्व प्रदाय करने के उद्देश्य से 29 से 31 मार्च तक शासकीय अवकाश के दिनों में भी पंजीयन कार्य करने हेतु निर्देश दिए है। 
         उल्लेखनीय है कि राज्य के सभी पंजीयन कार्यालयों में कम्प्यूटरीकृत एनजीडीआरएस प्रणाली से पंजीयन कार्य हो रहा है। इस वित्तीय वर्ष में मार्च माह के अंतिम सप्ताह में दिनांक 29 से 31 मार्च तक शासकीय अवकाश है। किन्तु अचल संपत्ति के खरीदी बिक्री से संबंधित दस्तावेजों के पंजीयन के लिए पक्षकारों को असुविधा का सामना नही करना पड़े इसके लिए राज्य के सभी पंजीयन कार्यालय वर्षान्त के अवकाश दिवसों 29 से 31 मार्च में भी खुले रहेंगे। पंजीयन के लिए पक्षकारों को स्टाम्प प्राप्त करने में किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो इसके लिए ई-स्टाम्प काउंटर भी अवकाश के दिनों में खुले रहेंगे।
         मार्च माह में 16 मार्च के उपरान्त सभी शनिवार एवं रविवार को भी पंजीयन कार्यालयों में पंजीयन कार्य होने से पक्षकारों को सुविधा हुई है। मार्च माह में प्रतिवर्ष सर्वाधिक दस्तावेजों का पंजीयन होता है। आम दिनों की अपेक्षा प्रतिदिन लगभग दो से तीन गुना दस्तावेज पंजीयन के लिए प्रस्तुत होते है, इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए इस वित्तीय वर्ष में मार्च माह में प्रतिदिन निर्धारित अपाईन्टमेंट की सीमा में भी वृद्धि करते हुए प्रात: 10 बजे से शाम 7 बजे तक अपाईन्टमेंट की सुविधा प्रदान की गई है। सामान्य दिवस में 5 बजे तक का ही अपाईन्टमेंट होता है। अवकाश दिवस में पंजीयन कार्य होने से वित्तीय वर्ष में ही पंजीयन कराने के इच्छुक पक्षकारों को सुविधा होने के साथ ही विभाग को प्राप्त होने वाले राजस्व में भी वृद्धि होगी।
