रायगढ़, 25 मई 2024/ कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल के निर्देशन एवं सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव के मार्गदर्शन में जिले में आयोजित समर कैम्प के दौरान आज नगर निगम ऑडिटोरियम में छात्रों की बेहतर भविष्य निर्माण के लिए कैरियर मार्गदर्शन कैंप के तहत ‘उत्कर्ष-भविष्य की उड़ान’ का आयोजन किया गया।  
        कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने कहा कि कैरियर मार्गदर्शन कैंप का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों के कैरियर चुनाव को लेकर शंकाओ को दूर करना है ताकि वे अपना बेहतर कैरियर चुन सके। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां 9 वीं से 12वीं तक विद्यार्थी हैं, जिन्हें इस उम्र में विषय चयन को लेकर कन्फ्यूजन होती हैं। यही समय होता है कि वह अपना लक्ष्य निर्धारण करने के साथ ही एक दूसरा विकल्प तैयार रखें। आप जितना अधिक मेहनत और प्रयास करेंगे उतना ही अपने लक्ष्य के पास होंगे। किसी भी क्षेत्र में जाएं आप देश सेवा ही करेंगे। आज के दौर में सभी क्षेत्र में नौकरी को लेकर काम्पीटिशन है। इसलिए आप भले ही एवरेज स्टूडेंट हो लेकिन आपकी कोशिश एवरेज नहीं होनी चाहिए। इस उम्र में भटकाव की स्थिति बनती है लेकिन आपको कैरियर के प्रति समर्पित होकर आत्मनियंत्रण रखना आवश्यक है। अभी आप जितनी मेहनत करेंगे उतना ही आपका भविष्य सुखमय में होगा। 
      सिविल सर्विसेज के लिए प्रतिदिन पढ़ाई करना अति आवश्यक है। सभी के पास उतना ही दिमाग होता है, जितना आपके पास है, बस उन्हें आप कितना शार्प करते हैं यह आप पर निर्भर करता है, इसके लिए आपको रेडियो में न्यूज सुने, न्यूज पेपर के संपादकीय पढ़े, अच्छे आर्टिकल पढ़े एवं एनसीआरटी की बुक पढ़े। उन्होंने कहा कि अपने लक्ष्य के प्रति समर्पित होकर मेहनत कर सफलता प्राप्त कर देश सेवा में योगदान दे।
       सीईओ जिला पंचायत श्री जितेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि आप सपने तो बड़े देख रहे हैं लेकिन आप को अपने ज्ञान के आधार को मजबूत करना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने सिविल सर्विसेज की तैयारी के संबंध जानकारी देते हुए विद्यार्थियों को बताया कि इसमें अपने बेसिक को स्ट्रांग करें एवं लगातार प्रेक्टिस करें। उन्होंने कहा कि याद रखे किसी भी एग्जाम के लिए सिलेबस के आधार पर ही तैयारी की जाती है, इसके लिए आप पूर्व परीक्षाओं की प्रश्न पेपर की प्रैक्टिस भी कर सकते है। इसमें सफलता पाने के लिए आपकी लगन और मेहनत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। 
ओपी जिंदल स्कूल पतरापाली के प्राचार्य श्री आर.के.त्रिवेदी ने कहा कि अपना लक्ष्य बनाना इसलिए जरूरी है ताकि हम यह निर्धारित कर सकें कि हमें क्या करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि सक्सेस स्टोरी के साथ ही फेलियर स्टोरी भी पढऩा जरूरी है ताकि गलतियों से सीखे और बेहतर प्रयास कर सके। उन्होंने कहा कि लक्ष्य निर्धारण के साथ ही सेकेण्ड ऑप्शन भी रखें। प्राचार्य श्री त्रिवेदी ने कहा कि सफलता की कोई परिभाषा नहीं होती। लक्ष्य प्राप्ति के दौरान छोटी-छोटी सफलताएं भी बड़ी मायने रखती है। आपके लक्ष्य के बीच में आपकी गरीबी कभी रोडा नहीं बन सकती है, बस आपको अपनी प्रतिभा दिखानी होगी। इस दौरान उन्होंने मेन्टल, फिजिकल एवं डिजीटल मूल्य के साथ ही विभिन्न कोर्स की जानकारी दी।
