 दिल्ली, 29 नवंबर, उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले में सिलक्यारा सुरंग से मंगलवार रात सुरक्षित बचाए गए 41 श्रमिकों में से एक श्रमिक ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को बताया कि अपना मनोबल बनाए रखने के लिए वे लोग योग करते थे और सुरंग में चहलकदमी करते थे।.

श्रमिकों ने बचाव अभियान के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी, मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और बचाव टीमों की सराहना की। इन श्रमिकों में से एक ने कहा कि जब सरकार विदेशों में फंसे भारतीयों को बचा सकती है तो वे तो देश के भीतर ही थे इसलिए उन्हें कोई चिंता नहीं थी।.

प्रधानमंत्री ने मंगलवार देर रात श्रमिकों से टेलीफोन पर बातचीत की और कहा, ‘‘इतने दिन खतरे में रहने के बाद सुरक्षित बाहर आने के लिए मैं आपको बधाई देता हूं। यह मेरे लिए प्रसन्नता की बात है और मैं इसे शब्दों में बयां नहीं कर सकता। अगर कुछ बुरा हो जाता तो पता नहीं, हम इसे कैसे बर्दाश्त करते। ईश्वर की कृपा है कि आप सब सुरक्षित हैं।’’.

प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने इस बातचीत का एक वीडियो जारी किया है, जिसमें प्रधानमंत्री श्रमिकों से कहते दिख रहे हैं, ‘‘17 दिन कोई कम वक्त नहीं होता। आप लोगों ने बहुत साहस दिखाया और एक-दूसरे को हिम्मत बंधाते रहे।’’.

प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि वह अभियान की जानकारी लेते रहते थे और मुख्यमंत्री धामी के साथ लगातार संपर्क में थे।.

उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय के अधिकारी भी वहां थे। लेकिन जानकारी मिलने भर से चिंता कम नहीं हो जाती।’’.

सिलक्यारा सुरंग में करीब 17 दिन तक फंसे रहे सभी 41 श्रमिकों को विभिन्न एजेंसियों के संयुक्त बचाव अभियान के तहत मंगलवार को सकुशल बाहर निकाल लिया गया।.

बिहार के एक श्रमिक सबा अहमद ने प्रधानमंत्री को बताया कि हालांकि वे कई दिनों से सुरंग में फंसे हुए थे, लेकिन उन्हें कभी कोई डर या घबराहट महसूस नहीं हुई।.

उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘हम भाइयों की तरह थे, हम एक साथ थे। हम रात के खाने के बाद सुरंग में टहलते थे। मैं उन्हें सुबह की सैर और योग करने के लिए कहता था। हम उत्तराखंड सरकार, विशेष रूप से मुख्यमंत्री धामी और वी के (सिंह) साहब को धन्यवाद देना चाहते हैं।’’.

मोदी ने सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग राज्य मंत्री जनरल (सेवानिवृत्त) वी के सिंह की भी सराहना करते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने एक सैनिक की तरह डट कर अभियान को आगे बढ़ाया।.

अहमद ने प्रधानमंत्री को बताया कि श्रमिक जिस सुरंग में फंसे थे, उसके दो किलोमीटर से अधिक के हिस्से में सुबह की सैर करते थे और योग का अभ्यास भी करते थे।.

उत्तराखंड के एक अन्य श्रमिक गब्बर सिंह नेगी ने प्रधानमंत्री और मुख्यमंत्री धामी, केंद्र सरकार और बचाव दल के साथ ही उस कंपनी को भी धन्यवाद दिया जिसके लिए वह काम करते हैं।.

उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘आप जब प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में हमारे साथ हैं… और अन्य देशों से लोगों को आप बचाकर ले आए, तो फिर हम तो अपने देश में ही थे और इसलिए हमें चिंता करने की कोई बात नहीं थी।’’.

मोदी ने कहा कि वह चाहते हैं कि उनसे बात करने से पहले सभी श्रमिकों की चिकित्सा जांच हो जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें बताया था कि सभी श्रमिक स्वस्थ और फिट हैं।.

उन्होंने उनसे यह भी कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी उनके घर वापस जाने की व्यवस्था करेंगे।.

सिलक्यारा सुरंग में फंसे मजदूर मंगलवार की रात जैसे ही बाहर निकले, देशवासियों ने राहत की सांस ली। सुरंग से निकले कुछ श्रमिकों के चेहरों पर मुस्कान थी तो कुछ के चेहरे 17 दिन की परेशानियों के बाद थके हुए दिख रहे थे।.

सुरंग के बाहर मौजूद लोगों ने जोरदार जयकारा लगाया और नारे गूंजने लगे । लोगों ने उन एम्बुलेंस का स्वागत किया जो श्रमिकों को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में ले गईं, जबकि स्थानीय लोगों ने मिठाई बांटी।.

क्षेत्र में डेरा डाले चिंतित, श्रमिकों के रिश्तेदार भावुक थे। कई दिन की अनिश्चितता के बाद भी वे श्रमिकों के लिए एकजुट थे।.

मौके पर मौजूद कई लोगों ने कहा कि वे घर वापस जाकर अब दिवाली मनाएंगे क्योंकि परिवारों पर पड़ी निराशा की छाया दूर हो गई है।.

उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री धामी के अनुसार 60 मीटर के बचाव शॉफ्ट में स्टील के पाइप से इन मजदूरों को बिना पहिये वाले स्ट्रेचर के जरिये बाहर निकाला गया।.

श्रमिकों को एक-एक करके 800 मिमी के उन पाइपों से बनाए गए रास्ते से बाहर निकाला गया जिन्हें अवरूद्ध सुरंग में फैले 60 मीटर मलबे में ड्रिल करके अंदर डाला गया था।.

राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल (एनडीआरएफ) के जवानों द्वारा मजदूरों को बाहर निकाले जाने के दौरान धामी और वी के सिंह भी मौजूद थे।.
