छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग ने जारी किया आदेश
निर्वाचक नामावली का अंतिम प्रकाशन 11 दिसम्बर को किया जायेगा
रायगढ़, 12 नवम्बर 2024/ छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा 1 अक्टूबर 2024 की अर्हता तिथि के अनुसार फोटो युक्त निर्वाचक नामावली तैयार करने का आदेश जारी किया गया है। अब जो मतदाता 1 अक्टूबर 2024 तक 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी कर चुके होंगे, वे आगामी स्थानीय नगरीय निकाय निर्वाचन में मतदाता सूची में शामिल किए जाएंगे। पूर्व में निर्वाचक नामावली हेतु 01 जनवरी 2024 की अर्हता तिथि निर्धारित की गई थी किन्तु राज्य शासन द्वारा नगरीय प्रशासन अधिनियम में संशोधन उपरांत 01 अक्टूबर 2024 की तिथि निर्धारित की गई है, जिसका प्रकाशन छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र में किया जा चुका है। यह प्रक्रिया चुनाव में पारदर्शिता और सटीकता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए की जा रही है, ताकि सभी योग्य मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर सकें।
           छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा पूर्व में जारी आदेश में संशोधन किया गया है जिसके तहत् अर्हता तिथि अनुसार मतदाता सूची में नाम शामिल करने, हटाने तथा अद्यतन करने का कार्य किया जा सकेगा। नगरीय निकाय हेतु मतदाता सूची का प्रारंभिक प्रकाशन 16 अक्टूबर 2024 को किया जा चुका हैं। अब नवीन संशोधित जारी कार्यक्रम अनुसार दावे तथा आपत्तियां प्राप्त करना बुधवार 13 नवम्बर 2024 से तथा दावा/आपत्तियां प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख व समय बुधवार 20 नवम्बर 2024 को दोपहर 3 बजे तक निर्धारित किया गया है। 
       इसी प्रकार प्ररूप क-1 में रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी/सहायक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी को दावा प्रस्तुत करने की अंतिम तिथि बुधवार 27 नवम्बर 2024 तथा दावे/आपत्तियों के निराकरण आदेश के विरूद्ध अपील करने की अंतिम तारीख निराकरण आदेश पारित होने के 05 दिवस के भीतर निर्धारित किया गया है। निर्वाचक नामावली का अंतिम प्रकाशन बुधवार 11 दिसम्बर 2024 को किया जाएगा।
           छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग के सचिव ने बताया कि यदि किसी मतदाता के नाम, फोटो या अन्य विवरण में कोई त्रुटि हो तो उसे समय रहते सुधरवा सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि अब नवीन अर्हता तिथि अनुसार हर योग्य व्यक्ति को मतदान का अधिकार मिल सकेगा तथा चुनाव निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से संपन्न होगा।
