सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़, 8 नवंबर 2025/ आबकारी आयुक्त आर संगीता के निर्देश के तारतम्य में कलेक्टर डॉ संजय कन्नौजे एवं जिला आबकारी अधिकारी संतराम वर्मा जिला सारंगढ़ -बिलाईगढ़ के मार्गदर्शन में ग्राम गश्त के दौरान मुखबिर से आबकारी विभाग वृत्त कोसीर को सूचना मिली की ग्राम पंहदा साबरिया डेरा में नाले के पास भारी मात्रा में अवैध कच्ची महुआ शराब का निर्माण किया जाता है जिसे गांव के बाहर नाले के पास एवम आसपास के क्षेत्रों में इसको विक्रय किया जाता है।
सूचना की पुष्टि होने पर टीम के साथ बताए गए स्थान नाले के पास पहुंचे वहा पर मदिरा शराब बनाने हेतु भट्टी के साथ मदिरा पैक करने हेतु पॉलीथिन के पाउच, पॉलीथिन की छोटी छोटी 200 नग झिल्लियों प्रत्येक में भरी 200-200 मिलीलीटर ,02 नग सफेद रंग के जरीकेन में भरा 20-20 लीटर एवं 01 नीले रंग के जरीकेन में भरा 30 लीटर इस तरह कुल 110 लीटर कच्ची महुआ शराब तथा 07 नग बड़े नीले रंग के ड्रम में भरे महुआ शराब बनाने के लिए सड़ाकर बनाया गया महुआ लाहन प्रत्येक में भरा 200-200 किलोग्राम जिसकी कुल मात्रा लगभग 1400 किलोग्राम है, को जब्त किया गया। कच्ची महुआ शराब को कब्जा आबकारी लिया गया एवम विधिवत रूप से महुआ लाहन का नष्टीकरण किया गया है और अज्ञात आरोपी के विरुद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम धारा 34(1)(क) (च)34(2) का , प्रकरण कायम कर विवेचना में लिया गया है आरोपियों की पतासाजी की जा रही है।
इस कार्यवाही में आबकारी उपनिरीक्षक विपिन कुमार पाठक, आबकारी उपनिरीक्षक हाबिल खलखो, लोकनाथ साहू, रामेश्वर राठिया, फागुराम टंडन आबकारी मुख्य आरक्षक उमेश कुमार चौहान एवं अन्य कर्मियों का उल्लेखनीय योगदान रहा।
