रायगढ़, 9 नवंबर । कोतवाली पुलिस ने एक बार फिर त्वरित और सटीक कार्रवाई का परिचय देते हुए ट्रेलर चोरी के मामले में बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। महज तीन दिनों के भीतर पुलिस ने चोरी के ट्रेलर सहित आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। मामला ग्राम लाखा क्षेत्र का है, जहां 10 लाख रुपए कीमती ट्रेलर चोरी की वारदात ने पुलिस को अलर्ट कर दिया था।
प्रार्थी राजेन्द्र कुमार साव पिता शंकर साव उम्र 32 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम लाखा रायगढ़, जो ड्राइवरी का कार्य करता है, ने दिनांक 06 नवंबर 2025 को थाना कोतवाली में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी कि उसने अपने नाम से पंजीकृत 18 चक्का ट्रेलर क्रमांक CG 13 LA 6855 को दिनांक 05 नवंबर की सुबह 9 बजे पूर्वांचल ढाबा, लाखा के सामने रोड किनारे खड़ा किया था। अगले दिन सुबह जब वह ट्रेलर लेकर छाल खदान जाने पहुँचा तो देखा कि गाड़ी गायब है। आसपास खोजबीन करने पर भी कुछ पता नहीं चला। रिपोर्ट पर थाना कोतवाली में अपराध क्रमांक 575/2025 धारा 303(2) बीएनएस के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की गई।
पुलिस ने लगातार तकनीकी और मैदानी पतासाजी के बाद ट्रेलर चोरी में शामिल आरोपी को धरदबोच लिया। आरोपी की पहचान सीताराम उरांव पिता बंशी उरांव उम्र 51 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम जनीपुर, थाना नगर, जिला गढ़वा (झारखंड) के रूप में हुई। पूछताछ में उसने बताया कि 5 नवंबर की रात वह ग्राम लाखा पहुँचा और बंद ढाबे के पास खड़े ट्रेलर का दरवाजा खोलकर अंदर से चाबी निकाल ली, जो डैशबोर्ड में रखी थी। फिर उसने ट्रेलर को चालू कर पुराना लाखा पेट्रोल पंप के पास ट्राली अलग की और इंजन लेकर तराईमाल स्थित महराज मोटर्स के पास नए ट्राले से जोड़कर चोरी कर ले जाने की कोशिश कर रहा था, तभी पुलिस टीम ने उसे धरदबोच लिया।
आरोपी के मेमोरण्डम पर पुलिस ने चोरी का ट्रेलर CG 13 LA 6855 पूंजीपथरा क्षेत्र से तथा उसकी ट्राली ग्राम लाखा पुरानी रोड पेट्रोल पंप के पास से बरामद कर जप्त किया। आरोपी के विरुद्ध ठोस सबूत मिलने पर उसे 08 नवंबर को गिरफ्तार किया गया तथा गिरफ्तारी की सूचना परिजनों को मोबाइल के माध्यम से दी गई। आरोपी को आज न्यायिक रिमांड पर जेल भेजा गया है।
इस पूरे खुलासे में थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक सुखनंदन पटेल, उपनिरीक्षक ऐनु देवांगन तथा हमराह स्टाफ की सतर्कता और मेहनत निर्णायक रही। कोतवाली पुलिस की इस तेज कार्रवाई ने यह एक बार फिर साबित कर दिया है कि रायगढ़ पुलिस चोरी, ठगी या गंभीर अपराध के हर सुराग तक पहुँचने में सक्षम है।
