जिले के भूअर्जन के लंबित प्रकरणों का शीघ्र मुआवजा प्रदान करने कलेक्टर का लक्ष्य
सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़, 12 सितंबर 2025/बिलाईगढ़ विकासखंड के ग्राम मलूहा के किसानों के 25 वर्ष पुराने प्रकरण को भूअर्जन का मुआवजा सफलतापूर्वक दिलाने के बाद कलेक्टर डाॅ. संजय कन्नौजे ने कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में भू-अर्जन के संबंध में राजस्व, जल संसाधन, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, लोक निर्माण, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना, मुख्यमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना आदि विभागों का संयुक्त बैठक लिया। कलेक्टर ने सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़ जिले से संबंधित वर्षों पुराने 1-1 प्रकरणों का संबंधित विभाग के कार्यपालन अभियंता और एसडीओ से विस्तारपूर्वक जानकारी लेकर समीक्षा किया। डाॅ. संजय कन्नौजे ने संवेदनशीलता एवं गंभीरता से सभी प्रकरण को समय सीमा में शीघ्र कार्य पूर्ण करने और मुआवजा देने के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया, ताकि लंबित मुआवजा राशि संबंधित हितग्राही को मिले।
बैठक में भूअर्जन के जिन प्रकरणों का समीक्षा किया गया उनमें सारंगढ़ और बिलाईगढ़ राजस्व अनुविभाग के जल संसाधन विभाग अंतर्गत ग्राम टिमरलगा के डूबान से प्रभावित 27 व्यक्ति, साराडीह बैराज के डूबान से ग्राम छतौना के 11 व्यक्ति, एनीकट निर्माण से ग्राम माुहलडीह के 6 व्यक्ति, लोक निर्माण विभाग अंतर्गत सड़क निर्माण और चैड़ीकरण से प्रभावित ग्राम सण्डा के 1 व्यक्ति, ग्राम ठेंगागुड़ी के 142 व्यक्ति, ग्राम बोरिदा के 6 व्यक्ति, साल्हेओना के 2, मल्दी के 12, भारतपुर के 5, पवनी के 16, पुरगांव के 32 व्यक्ति प्रकरण में शामिल है। इसके अलावा दोमुहानी में माहुलडीह एनीकट निर्माण और गिरवानी, कोसमकुंडा में सड़क निर्माण के कार्य लंबित है। उच्च न्यायालय बिलासपुर से पारित आदेश प्रकरण में भीमसेन यादव, सिंधुलाल सरिया, जानकी बाई बरभांठा, ग्राम भोगडीह के अंतराम, रतिराम एवं गगन साहू, ग्राम बरदुला के रमेश कुमार चंद्रा के प्रकरणों पर की गई कार्यवाही के संबंध में बैठक में चर्चा की गई। इस अवसर पर अपर कलेक्टर प्रकाश कुमार सर्वे, एसडीएम वर्षा बंसल, प्रफुल्ल रजक सहित राजस्व, जल संसाधन, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, लोक निर्माण विभाग के कार्यपालन अभियंता और एसडीओ, इंजीनियर, टेक्निकल कर्मचारी आदि उपस्थित थे।
