सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़ 1 दिसंबर 2024/डिजिटल इंडिया के प्रभावी कदम में रेलवे ने अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका स्थापित की है। रेलवे का यूटीएस ऐप तुरंत टिकट बुकिंग के लिए लोकप्रिय हो रहा है। अनरिजर्वड और प्लेटफार्म टिकट बुक को लोग काफी पसंद कर रहे हैं। भारतीय रेलवे की जनरल टिकट को यूजर्स अब मोबाइल ऐप के जरिए खरीद सकते हैं। इस सेवा के शुरू हो जाने से लोगों को टिकट बुक कराने के लिए लंबी कतार नहीं पड़ रही है। अब यात्री आसानी से टिकट बुक कर सकते हैं। अब मोबाइल टिकट बुक करने में समय भी कम लगता है।
यूटीएस ऐप का उपयोग
इस सेवा का लाभ उठाने के लिए यात्रियों को अपने स्मार्टफोन (एंडॉयड) मोबाइल में ऐप को गूगल प्ले स्टोर या एप्पल स्टोर से डाउनलोड करना होगा।
ऐप डाउनलोड करने के बाद यूजर्स को अपना मोबाइल नंबर एप के साथ रजिस्टर करना होगा। इसके बाद अपनी यात्रा शुरू करने के स्टेशन और यात्रा समाप्त करने के स्टेशन के बारे में जानकारी डालनी होगी। फिर रेलवे वॉलेट का अन्य डिजिटल पेमेंट ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके टिकट बुक कर सकते हैं। इस एप के जरिए रेलवे स्टेशन से 20 मीटर की दूरी पर टिकट बुक कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा इस ऐप के जरिए यात्रा वाले दिन ही टिकट बुक कर सकेंगे, यानी कि इससे एडवांस टिकट बुक नहीं कर सकेंगे। ये टिकट 3 घंटे के लिए ही वैध होगा। अगर इस ऐप पर टिकट बुक की है तो यात्री फोन चार्ज कर रखें। यात्रा के दौरान कई यात्रियों के मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ हो जाते हैं जिससे वो चेकिंग के दौरान टिकट नहीं दिखा पाते हैं। चेकिंग के समय यात्रियों को वैलिड आईडी और टिकट बुक करते समय इस्तेमाल किए गए मोबाइल नंबर की जानकारी टीटीई को देना होगा।
