पहले एक प्रधान पाठक थे, अब दो शिक्षक संवार रहे बच्चों का भविष्य
सारंगढ़-बिलाईगढ़, 12 नवंबर 2025/विकासखंड बिलाईगढ़ के शासकीय प्राथमिक शाला चचरेल में युक्तियुक्तकरण नीति लागू होने के बाद शिक्षा व्यवस्था में बहुत सुधार देखने को मिला है। कभी एकमात्र प्रधान पाठक के भरोसे संचालित यह विद्यालय अब दो शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति से नई ऊर्जा और उत्साह से भर गया है। विद्यालय में वर्तमान में 35 बच्चे अध्ययनरत हैं, जिनकी उपस्थिति और रुचि दोनों में वृद्धि हुई है। पहले शिक्षकों की कमी के कारण न तो पढ़ाई सुचारू रूप से चल पा रही थी और न ही अभिभावक बच्चों को नियमित रूप से भेजने में रुचि दिखा रहे थे। अब अतिरिक्त शिक्षकों की पदस्थापना से कक्षाओं का संचालन व्यवस्थित हुआ है और बच्चों की पढ़ाई में निरंतर सुधार हो रहा है।
पालक और ग्रामीणों की नजर में युक्तियुक्तकरण
पालक नोहर सिंह ने बताया कि पहले एक शिक्षक होने से पढ़ाई प्रभावित हो रही थी, पर अब तीन शिक्षक होने से बच्चों का मन पढ़ाई में लगने लगा है। उन्होंने शासन की इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि अब वे निश्चिंत होकर बच्चों को विद्यालय भेज रहे हैं।
युक्तियुक्तकरण से बच्चों के उज्जवल भविष्य के लिए “सकारात्मक और दूरदर्शी निर्णय” बताया। वहीं ग्रामीण नरसिंह नाग ने कहा कि युक्तियुक्तकरण के बाद शिक्षण व्यवस्था में जो सुधार आया है, वह स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई दे रहा है। शिक्षक बच्चों को समर्पण भाव से पढ़ा रहे हैं और ग्रामीण भी समय-समय पर विद्यालय जाकर प्रगति की निगरानी कर रहे हैं। शिक्षा विभाग की यह पहल न केवल विद्यालय बल्कि पूरे गांव में शिक्षा के प्रति विश्वास और उम्मीद का संचार कर रही है।
