कार्यक्रम के दौरान मेनका सिदार ने बिहान योजना अंतर्गत संचालित “संगवारी-जेंडर रिसोर्स सेंटर के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की। उन्होंने बताया कि जिले की कोई भी पीड़ित महिला इस केंद्र में आकर परामर्श प्राप्त कर सकती है तथा आवश्यकतानुसार पुलिस विभाग, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग सहित अन्य संबंधित संस्थानों से सहयोग हेतु मार्गदर्शन भी प्राप्त कर सकती है। यह केंद्र महिलाओं की समस्याओं के समाधान एवं उन्हें सशक्त बनाने का एक महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम बन रहा है।
जिले में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम का संचालन कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी के निर्देश तथा जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री अभिजीत बबन पठारे के मार्गदर्शन में किया गया। इस अवसर पर नई चेतना 4.0 जेंडर कैंपेन पर विस्तृत वक्तव्य प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसके अंतर्गत जेंडर समानता, जागरूकता और महिलाओं के अधिकारों को मजबूत करने हेतु जिले में संचालित की जा रही गतिविधियों की आधारभूत जानकारी साझा की गई।
बिहान योजना अंतर्गत यह कार्यक्रम रायगढ़ जिले के सभी 7 ब्लॉकों में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। एनआरएलएम में शामिल सभी स्व-सहायता समूह (ैभ्ळ) की दीदियाँ, ग्राम संगठन के पदाधिकारी, पीआरपी, जेंडर मास्टर ट्रेनर सहित बड़ी संख्या में महिलाओं की सक्रिय सहभागिता इस अभियान की विशेषता रही। जिले भर में महिलाओं की भागीदारी से विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। जिसमें रंगोली प्रतियोगिता, रैली, सांप-सीढ़ी खेल के माध्यम से जेंडर संदेश, नुक्कड़-नाटक, जेंडर शपथ, जागरूकता गतिविधियाँ शामिल है। इन कार्यक्रमों का उद्देश्य समाज में जेंडर समानता की भावना को बढ़ावा देना, महिलाओं के प्रति सकारात्मक सोच विकसित करना और उन्हें अधिकारों एवं सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक करना है।
