रायगढ़, 18 मई 2026/ भारत सरकार जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय के निर्देशानुसार जिले में ’’जनभागीदारी सबसे दूर-सबसे पहले” थीम पर जनजातीय गरिमा उत्सव का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। यह विशेष अभियान 25 मई तक जिले के चयनित 315 जनजातीय बहुल ग्रामों में संचालित होगा। अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य दूरस्थ एवं विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समुदायों तक शासन की योजनाओं और मूलभूत सुविधाओं की प्रभावी पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना है। इसके अंतर्गत स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, पोषण, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, बैंकिंग, दस्तावेजीकरण, हितलाभ वितरण, शिकायत निराकरण, जनजागरूकता एवं ग्राम स्तरीय सहभागिता से जुड़ी विभिन्न गतिविधियां संचालित की जाएंगी।
अभियान के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों को एक ही स्थान पर विभिन्न शासकीय सेवाओं का लाभ उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा, ताकि उन्हें छोटी-छोटी सुविधाओं के लिए दूर-दराज के कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें। इसी क्रम में आज जिला कलेक्टोरेट स्थित सभाकक्ष में जिला स्तरीय उन्मुखी कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती शिखा रविन्द्र गबेल, कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी, डीएफओ श्री अरविंद पीएम, जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री अभिजीत बबन पठारे, संयुक्त कलेक्टर श्रीमती पूजा बंसल, आदिवासी विकास विभाग के सहायक आयुक्त श्री श्रीकांत दुबे सहित विभागीय अधिकारी एवं जनपद पंचायतों के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
कलेक्टर श्री मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने अभियान के सफल संचालन के लिए अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान अंतर्गत स्थापित सभी आदि सेवा केंद्रों को सक्रिय किया जाए तथा वहां आवश्यक मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीणों को एक ही स्थान पर सभी शासकीय सेवाओं का लाभ मिलना चाहिए। इसके लिए प्रत्येक ग्राम में चयनित आदि कर्मयोगियों का पंजीयन, प्रशिक्षण एवं सक्रिय सहभागिता सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने जनपद पंचायतों के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारियों को सप्ताह में एक दिन मैदानी अमले की उपस्थिति आदि सेवा केंद्रों में सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि ग्रामीणों को समयबद्ध तरीके से योजनाओं का लाभ मिल सके। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि यह अभियान शासन और जनजातीय समुदायों के बीच विश्वास निर्माण का महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम बनेगा तथा प्रशासन को गांवों तक सीधे पहुंचाने का कार्य करेगा।

चरणबद्ध तरीके से होंगे आयोजन, जनसुनवाई और ग्राम संपर्क अभियान
आदिवासी विकास विभाग के सहायक आयुक्त श्री श्रीकांत दुबे ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री जनजाति आदिवासी महा अभियान, धरती आबा जनजाति ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान एवं आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान को विस्तार देते हुए दूरस्थ जनजातीय क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, पोषण, दस्तावेजीकरण, बैंकिंग एवं शासकीय योजनाओं की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से जनभागीदारी अभियान 2026 प्रारंभ किया गया है। इसका उद्देश्य शासन की सेवाओं को अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाना तथा योजनाओं की संतृप्ति सुनिश्चित करना है। उन्होंने बताया कि अभियान के तहत 19 से 25 मई तक संतृप्तिकरण कार्यक्रम एवं वृक्षारोपण अभियान आयोजित किए जाएंगे। प्रत्येक ग्राम में स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर एवं सैचुरेशन कैंप लगाए जाएंगे। वहीं अधिकारियों, आदि कर्मयोगियों एवं सामाजिक संस्थाओं द्वारा ग्राम भ्रमण कर जनजागरूकता गतिविधियां संचालित की जाएंगी। 21 से 23 मई तक जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर शिकायतों एवं हितलाभ संबंधी मामलों का त्वरित निराकरण किया जाएगा। अभियान के अंतिम चरण में प्रलेखन, प्रगति समीक्षा एवं निष्कर्ष बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी।

315 ग्रामों में स्थापित किए गए आदि सेवा केंद्र

जिले में आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान के अंतर्गत 315 आदिवासी बाहुल्य ग्रामों में आदि सेवा केंद्र स्थापित किए गए हैं। इनमें धरमजयगढ़ विकासखंड में 119, लैलूंगा में 77, तमनार में 42, घरघोड़ा में 37, खरसिया में 25, पुसौर में 5 तथा रायगढ़ विकासखंड में 10 आदि सेवा केंद्र शामिल हैं। आदि सेवा केंद्र ग्रामीणों के लिए “सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम” के रूप में कार्य करेंगे। इन केंद्रों के माध्यम से विभिन्न शासकीय योजनाओं की जानकारी, आवेदन, प्रमाण पत्र, बैंकिंग सेवाएं, स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं एवं शिकायत निवारण जैसी सेवाएं एक ही स्थान पर उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। इससे दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले जनजातीय परिवारों को योजनाओं का लाभ लेने में सुविधा होगी तथा प्रशासनिक सेवाओं की पहुंच और अधिक मजबूत होगी।

बैठक में बताया गया कि जिले के विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूहों (पीवीटीजी) के समग्र विकास के लिए प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना संचालित की जा रही है। इसके तहत सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल, आवास, स्वास्थ्य, पोषण एवं शिक्षा सहित 11 मूलभूत सुविधाओं से जुड़े 96 प्रतिशत कार्य पूर्ण किए जा चुके हैं। वहीं धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान के तहत जिले के 315 जनजातीय बहुल ग्रामों में समग्र विकास सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है। अब तक आयोजित शिविरों के माध्यम से बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीणों को विभिन्न योजनाओं से लाभान्वित किया गया है। इनमें आधार कार्ड, आयुष्मान कार्ड, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, जनधन खाते, पीएम किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड, राशन कार्ड, महतारी वंदन योजना, पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि, पेंशन योजना, पीएम उज्ज्वला योजना, पीएम विश्वकर्मा योजना, सिकल सेल जांच, सुकन्या समृद्धि योजना, अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र, मनरेगा एवं मुद्रा योजना जैसी सेवाएं शामिल हैं।
