9 मार्च, रायगढ़। घरघोड़ा पुलिस ने अवैध कबाड़ परिवहन के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करते हुए 13 टन कबाड़ समेत ट्रक जब्त कर चालक को गिरफ्तार किया है। एसपी श्री दिव्यांग पटेल के निर्देशन पर थाना प्रभारी राम किंकर यादव के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम ने मुखबिर सूचना पर एनटीपीसी ऑफिस के सामने मेन रोड पर घेराबंदी कर संदिग्ध 14 चक्का लाल रंग का ट्रक (क्रमांक CG 13 Y 7336) को रोका। जांच में ट्रक में अवैध रूप से लोड करीब 13 टन लोहा-टीना कबाड़ बरामद हुआ, जिसकी अनुमानित कीमत ₹1.3 लाख आंकी गई है। वाहन चालक मोजहिद पिता निहालुद्दीन (उम्र 35 वर्ष, निवासी खरसिया चौक, अंबिकापुर) कबाड़ के संबंध में कोई वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत नहीं कर सका, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ धारा 35(1) बीएनएस एवं 303(2) बीएनएस के तहत मामला दर्ज कर गिरफ्तार किया। इस कार्रवाई में प्रधान आरक्षक पारसमणी बेहरा, आरक्षक चंद्रशेखर चंद्राकर व लव किशोर साय की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।
