आपातकालीन चिकित्सा संबंधी कार्यशाला का हुआ आयोजन
रायगढ़, 25 अक्टूबर 2023/ कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल के निर्देशन में माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर के लिए आज नगर निगम ऑडिटोरियम पंजरी प्लांट में प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया गया। प्रशिक्षण में माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर को मतदान प्रक्रिया एवं मतदान केन्द्रों में उनकी भूमिका से अवगत कराया गया। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि विधानसभा आम निर्वाचन में मतदान केंद्रों की सभी गतिविधियों को आब्जर्व करने में माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण होती है। जिसकी रिपोर्ट बनाकर ऑब्जर्वर को समय में भेजना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। मतदान दिवस में सभी समय पर पहुंच मॉक पोल, सीआरसी वास्तविक मतदान एवं ईवीएम सीलिंग जैसे विभिन्न प्रकार की गतिविधियां होगी, जिनको आब्जर्व करते हुए रिपोर्ट तैयार करना होगा। जिसके लिए प्रशिक्षण रखा गया हैं, ध्यान से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर अपने डाउट क्लियर करें। इसके साथ ही प्रशिक्षण में दी जा रही जानकारियों को बारीकी से समझे। अपर कलेक्टर एवं उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राजीव पाण्डेय, डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री रमेश मोर एवं जिला मास्टर ट्रेनर श्री राजेश डेनियल ने आयोजित प्रशिक्षण में माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर को क्रमश: मतदान केन्द्र में उनके कार्यों, बरती जाने वाली सावधानियों के साथ ही प्रशिक्षण में ईव्हीएम और वीवीपेट मशीन की बारीकियों की जानकारी दी गई। उन्होंने कहा कि लोकत्रंत में हर व्यक्ति का वोट महत्वपूर्ण होता हैं। जिसके तहत निर्वाचन ड्यूटी में संलग्न कर्मचारियों को फार्म 12 एवं फॉर्म 12 (क) भरवाया गया। प्रशिक्षण में बैंक, जीवन बीमा, डाकघर, एनटीपीसी, एसईसीएल, केन्द्रीय विद्यालय जैसे विभिन्न केन्द्रीय विभागों के लगभग 450 से अधिक अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। इस अवसर पर आयुक्त नगर निगम श्री सुनील कुमार चंद्रवंशी, उपायुक्त श्री सुतीक्षण यादव, तहसीलदार नेहा उपाध्याय, श्री अनिल गुप्ता, डॉ.नरेन्द्र पर्वत सहित अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।आपातकालीन चिकित्सा संबंधी कार्यशाला का हुआ आयोजन*आयोजित प्रशिक्षण में निर्वाचन ड्यूटी पर नियुक्त अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों के लिए आपातकालीन स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था संबंधी कार्यशाला भी रखी गई थी। आपातकालीन चिकित्सा स्टेट कार्डिनेटर पवन कुमार राठौर, सीएमएचओ डॉ.मधुलिका सिहं ठाकुर एवं डॉ.दीप्ति ने हार्ट अटैक, मिर्गी, स्ट्रोक, स्नेक बाइट के लक्षण एवं प्रबंधन के संबंध में आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश के साथ सावधानियों की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्वाचन के दौरान अपने स्तर पर सभी प्रकार की दवाइयां रखना सुनिश्चित किया जाए। इस दौरान उपस्थित अधिकारियों को सीपीआर देने संबंधी जानकारी भी दी गई। उन्होंने बताया की निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशन में आपातकालीन चिकित्सा हेतु राज्य एवं राज्य के बाहर के हॉस्पिटल का चयन किया गया हैं, जहां नि:शुल्क चिकित्सा सुविधा प्रदान किया जाएगा।
